The original price will change. Many times in fact. They changed it about 4 times now to outrages prices. Nothing like what we agreed on when we first started talking about the plan. Dont beleive the first sales man. Its a scam to get you in and they pretend like they are helping but after every settlement they want you to pay more monthly. Your better off going to a credit union and consolidating your debt. It will be a set payment and nothing will change. Very disapointed in this company.
Per their reply. You should really tell your employees to express that then. I have never once heard it was optional.

We'd like to clarify that the cost of our service has never changed. The only adjustment discussed was the client's optional monthly program contribution. Increasing the monthly payment can help accelerate the resolution of enrolled accounts, but it is never required. If a client prefers not to increase their monthly contribution, they can simply decline and continue with their original payment plan. Our goal is to present options that may help clients complete their program sooner, while respecting the payment plan that works best for their financial situation.
