Very worst agency ive ever seen not good to work with and the staff is very rude ...... i would rather run away from this agency and then don't listen to employees request.NOT GOOD TO WORK WITH

Very unprofessional staff. Very rude and sarcastic when I asked about a work placement I was on.

The only way a business could survive such comprehensively negative reviews is because recruitment is not the main gig.

The job didn't exist. They sold my data.

I HAVE READ THE REVIEWS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!!. I APPLIED FOR JOBS WITH THIS "AGENGY". I NEVER GET A RESPONSE AT ALL. IT ALL MAKES SENSE NOW!!!. I HAD A LUCKY ESCAPE BY NOT TEMPING FOR THEM!!!. WON,T BE USING THEM AGAIN!!!!

DO NOT WORK FOR THEM --Matt kept my money for working over Christmas and New Year and has now turned his phone off ?!!!....but in the Worcester News it says he's in court for death threats , strangulation...and theft !!!!! ....hope you rot mate ! ( plus other charges 18 months ago )

They have tried cheating me out the money they owed me, they also don’t reply to you, regarding work. Then they drop like nothing when asking if there’s any other roles. Don’t even give you a p45

If it was possible to give negative starts I would. This company has tried to steal my back pay from the Belfast trust making up excuses or just hanging up when I ask them why I haven't been paid it 2 months later. Legal action enroute. Anyone else in this boat feeling free to jump on the band wagon.

Where do I begin?

After months is silence I got a last minute administrative place in Belfast with the public sector.
Any request for help and advice were met with either no reply or monosyllabic conversations.

I fulfilled my contract and was refused a reference for my new employer. As my contract was coming to an end I enquired about other positions and was told to resign before I could even be considered for other posts.
Thankfully as I was a valued employee my manager gave me a reference that was refused by the recruitment co agent.

Agents treat you like a new registrant every time you eventually get through to one and robotically troll through your work history. Even when you worked for the company just weeks ago, it’s as if you never existed.

Maybe it’s their lack of training that contributes to their bad communication skills, to show understanding and empathy for employees but there is no excuse for ignorance and subsequent ghosting of previous employees..

Scam! Stay away!
Fraudsters who prey on the innocent.
You WILL not have your job or pay.
You WILL have your identity stolen.
Or you may work for nothing.

No good options here.

This company is nothing but disgusting I've dealt with the Blackpool office and the 2 managers David and Rachel are beyond a joke! Very abusive and make their own rules up as they go along!

I've had a different wage every week although worked the same hours, had holidays taken off me, sacked by the agency not the company for having 1 day off sick! The only work I was offered was to go and clean up after someone else because they tend to give the decent work and jobs to all the bums who don't actually want to work and all the decent hard working people get left at home

I don't even want to give 1 star but 0 isn't an option. An absolutely diabolical service. How this company gets away with even existing is beyond me. Lazy, incompetent staff were incredibly unhelpful from day one. Throughout they will never answer you back. No matter how much you try to call/email. You have to practically beg for a response. Go no where near these disgraceful charlatans!

If you wish to be fired after one phone call, get part of your pay deducted due to them and have no annual leave or sick days, this is the perfect recruitment agency... if you have a life and standards... look elsewhere. I beg you. This place is not worth it.

So a client of theirs that I previously worked for (via the agency) confirmed that they want to take me on for a similar role. Which was also confirmed by the agency. I emailed and texted back that I'm available to start, only to be told they've already submitted the intake. They have the nerve to claim they didn't hear back from me. Then they ghost me. Disgusting. Useless degenerates.

Company is a completely irresponsible organisation. How do you sign an 8 week contract and terminate it within 4 weeks due to lower volume than anticipated. The company doesn't realise how 4 weeks on a role appears in a person's resume. It gives a negative implication to future prospective employers. The Recruitment Co doesn't have a direct landline for us staff to call about any issues, they are plain users and show no respect or appreciation for staff. Senior team is filled with regardless bullies who use every opportunity to take advantage of a worker. Modern day slavery still very much at its peak within organisations such as this and Time recruitment both here in Manchester.

I’ve never been messed about so much by one agency. They don’t know what vacancies they have, they promise me it’s full time then suddenly change the hours without reasonable notice. How can I pay my bills on a few hours a week? Disgusting company - STAY AWAY!

The most disrespectful and disgusting agency ever called me for a job took all my details, called me for induction then disappeared. Shame in you guys for wasting our time

Hello, you let us all go from the covid campaign in October 2022 with 0 warning and I still have not received my P45 even though I've requested this? No one is responding and it's affecting my tax code.

The staff are very rude especially the Birmingham branch , they lied and said I hadn’t got any holiday hours then when I checked myself I did have, then when I asked for them she sent me a termination form, and said sign that to terminate from us to receive your holiday hours, they never answer and when they do nagina bashrat and Mari law are both really rude and unprofessional
