Went in to the Killarney shop to look at, and then discuss with staff, carpeting for two rooms and hard flooring for a kitchen. There were two women behind a desk in the flooring department, and as I spoke to the first one, the second interrupted to tell me how expensive one of the brands I was enquiring about was. I explained that I realised the cost, thank you, but she kept going on. I don't know whether I looked totally poverty stricken, or what her issue was, but she really put me off ordering carpets and hard flooring from Corcorans. I didn't even bother to pursue getting a quote from them. Not only was I put off by this woman's attitude, she was less than helpful when it came to my question on fitting ("you'll have to arrange it yourself"). All in all, just too much like hard work. I shall NOT be going back to this company, ever. I went to Casey's in Limerick instead, and got great service, and great products.

Terrible experience.Ordered a childs bed on the 23rd April 2025 online .it said please allow 3-4 weeks lead time .6 weeks later no contact from company or information on delivery .Had to contact them myself as at this stage my daughter was upset .Order recieved on the 12th June 2025. Nearly 8 weeks waiting for a product they had advertised. SHOCKING Service Never again

We purchased beds and mattresses at Corcorans Killarney, one double and two singles. We realized we had space for a bigger bed in the double room after the building works were carried out on the property so we asked could we return the double for a king, which would mean spending more money to upgrade. We were told no even though the items were unopened and only a few weeks out from when we purchased. It was no with an attitude so we won't be going back there again.

Visited the Killarney store today to buy a console table and couldn't be happier with the service! Joanna was incredibly helpful throughout, and when I mentioned my tight schedule, Chris stepped in to assemble the table and even helped me load it into my car. Highly recommend this store for both their excellent products and outstanding customer service!

I live 500 metres from the Killarney store. Purchased laminate flooring which was delivered free of charge. I,Then purchased a mattress costing over 500 euro and they wanted an extra 25 euro for delivery which I refused to pay given my proximity to the store and made alternative arrangements.I find dealing with them very regimental although they make it clear that there is a charge for delivery and also the fact that they do not give refunds but instead issue credit notes, However one can get past this by purchasing online,cannot say I came away feeling satisfied

I'm afraid my experience with Corcorans Flooring Killarney has been very bad. I bought coir matting from them and also paid to get it fitted. The cut looked very shabby, it kept shedding, it ended up breaking my vacuum cleaner, in the end I had to take it up. A waste of €200. I didn't get any joy from Corcorans, they said it was inspected and that it was fine. It certainly was not fine. So much for listening to your customers. Between the coir mat, new vacuum and new mat, it has cost me €540.

One of the best Companies I've dealt with in a very long time. They are really Customer Focused and extremely helpful. I had an issue with a Sofa which was of a minor nature and I contacted the Customer Service Department with my concern. From start to finish they went above being helpful and listened to my concerns at all times and the matter was concluded to my satisfaction within 3 Weeks. Now to me that is excellent Customer Service and during the Process I was updated on a very regular basis. I would certainly recommend Corcorans Furniture to my Friends and Family. One of the Best Furniture Stores I've dealt with in a very long time. The Quality of Goods in their Stores are of exceptional quality. And the Staff in the Store are trained to a very high Standard and are most helpful with Customers enquiries.

I cannot recommend Pamela in the Killarney shop highly enough. As I would have to travel a few hours to their store and I was not sure of the colour of a timber table labled grey on the website, she took some photos and emailed them to me. She was fast and efficient and more than helpful in follow up emails. Excellent customer service.

Awful customer experience in the Killarney store. I paid for extremely expensive carpet for our new home and while I was promised the most flexible service what I got was quite the opposite. I paid for carpet three months in advance due to price increases and when I asked Greta if there would be an issue in pushing out the fitting date, I was told no issue at all. Like everything right now there is a delay which means dates changes, I asked Greta and Bernard would they change the date for a second time as our stair case hadn’t been fitted. I was told under no circumstances as they had already changed the date once. I paid nearly 9K which the carpet is not worth that. I was appalled at how unfriendly they are after they took your money, Bernard the carpet fitter couldn’t of been more rude on the day! I have been also dealing with Harvey Norman and DID and changing dates has never been an issue! Save your money and shop in a more customer friendly store!
