Oh yeah - they are fine with you when they are taking your money but when it comes to actually sending what you paid for - you become insignificant to them. I contacted them a couple days after placing my order - I was told it would ship out the following day that was 7 days ago. They think that because they hob nob with celebrities they are above the menial task of fulfilling orders for common folk. Sickening.
