Zero service, Product doesn't work as described. Trust the negative reviews they'll take your money and won't refund once software doesn't work

I paid $49 for the starter plan on January 14, 2023 to Optimize my existing Amazon listing with their AI Virtual Assistant. Two days later, I still have no results. I have made several attempts, and the system remains in the search mode or circulating fetch mode. I have emailed them twice attempting to get help and a third time to get a refund that was charged to my account the same day that I signed up even though I was and still am in the 7-day free trial status. I have recieved no help or response from CopyMonkey concerning my issue. Be careful because there's not a contact number located on the website. I suggest if you decide to utilize this company try emailing them first to see if they respond because once they take your money you are stuck.

Impossible to cancel prescription. Would not recommend to a fellow college classmate. It seems as they are totally taking advance of us. College is already hard of an experience as it is to have another AI software taking advantage of us. Safe your money and subscribe to Cheg, I’ve had much more luck with hw help.
