Don't buy from Copycatz.in. It's a SCAM
3 weeks no exchange shipment after confirmed return — Order #80923
I returned a jersey to Copycatz for a size exchange. The return was delivered and Copycatz confirmed receipt of the product. That was 3 weeks ago.
Since then, no replacement has been shipped, no tracking ID provided, and no proactive update from the team. I have followed up multiple times with no resolution.
This is a straightforward size exchange — not a refund request or a dispute. The product was received by them on their own acknowledgement, and yet the exchange is stuck in limbo.
If you are buying from Copycatz, be aware that their post-purchase and exchange process is unreliable. The product quality may be fine, but if anything goes wrong after delivery, you are on your own.
