I have ordered bread online from this company in the past & have always enjoyed their product, however, when I ordered on July 24, I received a receipt & shipping confirmation. I have never received my order nor will they answer my emails regarding the order. I do love their bread but can’t afford to take the chance of ordering again. Alice Brand
I purchased online and they only shipped 2 of 3 donut 6packs. Called and while explaining the guy tells me to email the complaint because he is busy right now. I still have recieved no refund. I will update if I receive the refund or the rest of the order. ****UPDATE***** I tried their Facebook page and they responded with an apology and promise to refund the 12.99 cost of missing items. I will remove this once that shows on my card.
