I recently had a sizing and exchange situation with Copping Zone, and I truly appreciate how their customer service handled everything.

Since I’m purchasing from overseas (Korea), I was initially worried about returns and exchange procedures. However, their team consistently responded quickly, clearly, and respectfully.

Even when certain issues could not be resolved exactly as I first hoped, they explained everything transparently and offered a fair solution. In the end, the matter was fully resolved in a professional way.

As an international customer, their support gave me real peace of mind.
I will definitely order again in the future.

Ordered a month and a half ago and have still not received my order. I have contacted them multiple times about this.

I ordered from this website a while ago, not only are the prices expensive, their sizes are all over the place, XL fits like a Medium and a Medium fits like a XS. Took 3 weeks to arrive, and when i realised the jacket was too small i asked for a refund, had to pay $60 shipping to China. When tracking the parcel, the item seemed to have arrived in China and is stuck in receiving for 1 month, I have a suspicion that the company gave me an unreliable address, when i contacted the company via email, they still have not responded and have not given me a refund, even though i paid the insane return shipping fee, which is not reimbursed. $200 down the drain for the jacket, plus another $60 for returning the item. Never buy from this company, total scam. Do not take the risk, better to buy from Uniqlo instead..

I had a very good experience buying from Copping Zone, the shirt I bought from Argue Culture was as perfect as it looked - though go careful with the jewellery, some of it is not real silver and will turn your skin green. My parcel took just over two weeks to come (to the UK), which is pretty good considering where it's sourced from, and the app's tracking updates are a little delayed. Overall, I was happy with my purchase and would buy from here again.

Shopping and delivery were smooth.

So we waited ages hoodie doesn't fit and the item cost 12.00 to post back and its been returned to us, no one at the address Copping Zone Italy Algajola 2 Interno 5 Rome 00122.

Like the items but it takes weeks to receive them. The shipping costs are a bit high also.

I placed an order on December 3rd, they told me to expect delivery in 15 days, it was already January 22nd, but the package never arrived. The order was paid immediately, but they didn’t even send a tracking number to the email, the support service does not respond, I wrote from two different emails. It looks strange to say the least :)

Due the Christmas holidays they couldn't be delivered straight away but arrived on time once sent. Great communication and a beautiful ear rings. Thank you.

I ordered heavy washed black hoodie on the 3r, it’s been 5 days and the order status has not changed on shop app? I’m wondering when I will receive package as it says 5-8 days.

I ordered an item at the end of November, I had no email to let me know when the item was going to be delivered until I saw an email from yodel about an item due to be deliver on 3rd December. Then to received an email on the 1st December saying my parcel was left safely on my porch on which I do not have and then proceeds to ask me to rate my delivery experience! I don’t know where my items are and I’ve emailed customer services, they said I need to contact yodel they don’t have a email to get in contact with them, they’ve also stated to call them in which I have and it’s been delivered, inform customer service via email and they say ok but I need more proof from yodel.. it’s been a week still no item and the worse customer service.

I recently ordered from Coppingzone.com and had a generally positive experience. Although shipping can be a bit slow, taking up to 1-1.5 months in some cases, the quality of the items makes it worthwhile, as seen with the great jacket and cargo pants that I received. While I initially had to cover shipping costs for an exchange, Coppingzone did reimburse me, and the exchange process was smooth. My son's sweats fit perfectly now, and he loves them! There's room for improvement in communication methods, but overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase. 4 stars!

The customer service infromed me very quick, that one product was sold out even though I bought it. They gave me an additional 10% to shop something new. So in the end it took less than a day to order a new product, without paying anything, thanks to the very efficient and fast customer service. I would definitly recommend buying at copping zone
