Complete lack of customer service
I purchased 6 of the copper infused face masks from this Company at a price of £22.99 per mask. When I received them I found that they were made in China. Nowhere on their website does it mention this. I thought they were made in the UK. I contacted the Company via email to ask for reassurance about these masks and the quality control. Basically are they what they say they are and do what they say they do? No response after 5 days even though website says they will respond within 24 hours. I called today and a very aggressive male answered and wouldn't let me get a word in. He directed me to Trading Standards and hung up the phone. No customer service, no two way telephone conversation and no reassurance that these masks are legimate.
