poor delivery at excessive cost
I paid over £10 for shipping a short length of 6mm braid weighing 0.1kg and when my order hadn't been dispatched after a reasonable time I requested it be sent by Royal Mail First Class. This was not done and my item was sent to Exeter by mistake which meant that it was nearly a week before I received my item.
