It was a fantastic decision to request free samples at first, as it allowed us to choose aged copper over polished finishes. Just a week later, our beautiful bath arrived, elegantly packaged. It’s amusing how my wife points out that I now spend more time soaking in the tub than watching TV! The heat retention is truly impressive.

We couldn’t be happier with our Sandringham! We were initially unsure if a copper bath would fit in with our Victorian terrace, but it has truly become the focal point of the bathroom. In real life, the finish is absolutely gorgeous and much warmer than it looks in the photos. The delivery person was very helpful, assisting us in getting it into the hallway, and the whole process went off without a hitch. It was definitely worth every penny!

Steve was great, helped me a lot in choosing our bath from overseas. Wasn’t the easiest process but it was well managed and soooo worth it ! The bath is so cool and will be much loved party of our new home ! There are so many beautiful ones to choose from it’s hard!

Absolutely great customer service from Steve at the Copper Bath Company. From my first enquiry until delivery, he answered all my questions and queries and kept me informed as to the progress on my bath, even providing me with a tracking number.
The bath looks great, it’s exactly what i needed and was hoping for.
I highly recommend and would order from Steve again in the future.

I placed an order and paid on 5th November and still no product has arrived (16th Jan). I have left several messages and have had no response, no one ever answers the phone. Appalling service. Are they still in business ?
