Millie at Coppenwall helped me through these in a fair and practical way. As a individual of older years I sometimes find it frustrating dealing with computers and modern modes of communication. I'm glad to say I recieved help in the good old fashioned way of talking.

Coppenwall provided an accurate pre letting valuatuon, stunning photography for the advertisement online, received and managed multiple enquiries and accompanied viewings, gave us prompt updates and obtained a tenant who was referenced, etc within hours and arranged a start date together with the necessary legal particulars. Millie was very professional, personable and friendly when dealing with my enquiry about I property that I was interested in viewing. The booking process was handled quickly and a naturally agreed date and time arranged with reminders as follow up. I’ve used coppenwall to both buy and sell and on both sides they’ve been great! The communication is excellent and it really make a difference- selling/buying is bound to be stressful but the fact they keep you updated really helps things go smoother.
