I have a great working experience with…

I have a great working experience with Copland post mainly because of two reasons.

First the assistance and guidance provided by the team. If I needed any help the team member is always there for me to help and assist.
That was a huge relief for me while working.

The second one is Payment, there is no delay and problems with the payments.
I got every payment on time, that makes me more committed and motivated to work.

The issue of the app for tracking need…

The issue of the app for tracking need to be made concrete. Pick an app that works. Then 1000fliers is a lot as a single task. Can the tasks also be broken down into hours and time frame should also be given.

My first experience was not great

My first experience was not great. Collection of brochures and distribution took weeks instead of days…

After a while I thought I will try again as it was mentioned they have improved and offer you discount…
New Website doesn’t work properly and keep crashing, my first order and my brochures were lost / damaged, still awaiting refund. Staff email
sounds like they don't really care calling me by different name etc
After many email exchanges I finally reach my patience and level of understanding!

Very poor service and will highly NOT recommend at all!!

Done some leaflet for work for this company really straight forward process, good pay and Cleriston has been really helpful and very quick to answer any questions I have had.

Stay clear. Scam artist

Stay clear! Absolute scam. Communication is appauling, slow to answer emails (if at all), mobile number given never answered, web site keeps "accidentally" locking you out or deleting your account so you cannot get updates. Promised dates not delivered. Have report to police and trading standards and raised a fraud case with visa. Stay well clear!!!!!

I have not been abusive in any of my communication, nor have you raised this before so interesting that this is used only when a negative review is provided.

I am very digitaly aware and the issue is not a "forgotten password" which you have confirmed in email when you stated that you escalated the case to your technical department.

I remain clear, that despite your assurances that this is a scam - as others have also identied. This is based on that you have failed to deliver the product, cannot recall what the order was i.e. "remind me are we printing your order?", selectively respond to emails, do not respond to phone calls and deploy a variety of delaying tactics.
