I strongly advise against signing up…

I strongly advise against signing up with this company for a six-month or year-long contract. Instead, I recommend choosing a month-to-month agreement. The customer support is extremely poor, and there is constant turnover among customer service managers. They will try to pressure you into purchasing a full-year package, but once you sign the contract, there is no way to cancel.

After being a customer for the past ten months, I have barely received any service at all. The support team is consistently unavailable, there is no direct phone number to reach them, and the helpdesk portal is unresponsive. When they finally do reply, they often claim your email was lost in their spam folder. Considering the high price they charge, this level of service is unacceptable. There are many alternative products available at a fraction of the cost, so please proceed with caution. don’t expect much from there senior leadership team. It would be a waste of time!

Well I can't go below 1 star

Well I can't go below 1 star. But CoPilot has gone beyond any other AI that I know in restrictions. I am talking full on censorship. Mid-story that I was creating, it tells me it can't run it, though it has been doing it up until 15 minutes ago. They are the most rescricted AI I have seen, no doubt in my mind.

Not worth my time, effort or money

I would have to agree whole heartedly with the previous review.

I liked the initial BDR who I worked with, however in the end, there were many things he forgot to inform me of. I've used a competitor previously and wanted to try theirs. I was told that I should buy the "guided" package till I get comfortable. I stated that I know how this works and agreed to go 1 month with their guided and then have it go down to the lower plan.

He understood what I was asking and wanted and I ended up agreeing to go through the end of December to see if it proved to be of value for the money. I was charged the guided price on 10/30, again on 11/30 and again on 12/30. As I'm paying ahead, that would now carry me through the end of January.

When I called this out to him, he said that it wasn't an automatic downgrade I would have to call to downgrade. Never fold me that previously.

My customer success manager was trying to have me word my outreach in a way that seemed like I was desperate, and she agreed. When I inquired about the AI prediction as many of the contacts that I imported to their system, had a very VERY low percentage of responding due their activity in LinkedIn. I asked how to filter that so I could only get 50% and higher. Not available, BUT, "those numbers aren't accurate so you should still import them...."

Customer service is sub par. The over all they need to work on their support, hire a customer success manager that actually has experience in being a BDR.

I would stay away. They got me for 3 months of the Guided package knowing very well that I didn't need it.

My experience was very disappointing…

My experience was very disappointing and I will try to be unbiased with my review.

The service is an app that integrates with LinkedIn and costs approximately $550 USD monthly.
You must also subscribe to LinkedIn Sales Navigator for an additional $100 USD monthly.
I subscribed for 6 months and gained ZERO dollars in return on investment.

During my subscription, the app or customer service did not recommend changing, revising, or updating my outreach to improve my results. Again, very disappointing.

Their website mentions AI tools that "elevate your sales process." All it does is give a "reply prediction" percentage, which is no guarantee of booking a sales call or moving you closer to winning a sale.

I was also disappointed with my customer service experience. I canceled my service and learned that you MUST give Copilotai.com 15 days' notice before cancellation takes effect.

Remember, this is an app you toggle On or Off (takes a couple of seconds), so you don't need a human to turn it on or off. A Human does not do any work, but they insist they must have 15 days notice.

This little clause cost us another $550 wasted, flushed down the digital toilet. Silly me for not noticing this expensive detail.
