I was really looking forward to this product and had been searching for it for quite some time.
However, after placing my order, I had to contact customer support several times myself to find out the status. Only then did I learn that the item was expired and the order had been cancelled. The refund was processed quickly, and I appreciate the coupon that was offered.

Still, the lack of timely communication left a less-than-ideal impression, and my trust has decreased.
I’m giving 2 stars for politeness and the prompt refund. I hope the customer communication will improve in the future.

There was a delivery issue and instead of sorting it (which would’ve taken them two minutes max), they just sat on it doing nothing. Eventually they said they’d issue a refund — and guess what? They didn’t. I had to write again and basically beg for them to actually return the money. Completely unprofessional and lazy. Never again.

The order came in about a week, they write by hand in the receipt that one of the bottle was damaged and they gave me a lot of free samples and mini products. Very kind of them. I think that is a dedication that many shops should have. The products are high quality and truth to descriptions.

the costumer service on chat was so strict 2 times she cancelled my order because i ask her if all product is new,,, thats it? and she was upset, unfriendly,, i experienced twice or more to other shop ,so i trried not happen again so i ask to be sure is not bad , if this not happen to me i will not ask you,, to be sure so no return because it is waste of time, she just cancelled ,now i see no comment much here on truspilot compare to
other shop,you dont have many buyers ,,i hope u be patience ,and is not bad to ask ,i find it rude
