Rebate process is overly complicated…
Rebate process is overly complicated and long comparative to the expiration to the card once to get it. Their website says to can call for reissue. Made the phone call after an hour of hoops I was frankly told after card expiration I forfeited the funds. NOT HAPPY
I've had a very frustrating experience…
I've had a very frustrating experience with Cooper Vision's reward program. I earned a reward card, only to find out it expires after just six months. That's a very short window, especially for customers who don't make frequent purchases or who are saving their rewards for a special occasion.
What made things worse was learning that if the card expires, you have to pay an extremely high fee to get a new one issued. That doesn't feel like a loyalty program- it feels like a penalty. Customers who've already spent money to earn rewards shouldn't be hit with extra charges just to access what they've already earned.
A rewards program should build goodwill and encourage repeat business. Instead, this setup feels restrictive and discouraging. I hope Cooper Vision reconsiders these policies and creates a program that truly values its customers. I for certain will be using a different company in the future.
Terrible rebate system
Terrible rebate system. They put you through hoops to get the rebate and then take 6-8 weeks to refund. Not at any point do they mention that you have 60 days to claim. And yet they take 56 of those days to process the application. That leaves 4 days (that could also be weekend or holidays) to make any changes or adjustments. Will never buy lenses from Coopervision ever again. Will actively avoid all subsidiaries and any other company connected to this one. I will encouraged all opticians to avoid ties with this provider as they do not value the customer or their time.
Trashiest contact lens I've ever gotten
Trashiest contact lens I've ever purchased was from them. I used to wear Acuvue but decided to try this brand just this once. I got Coopervision Biofinity bi-weekly, and it's so bad that even a brand new set of contacts is difficult to be removed from my eyes. This has never happened before when I used other brands.
Today, after spending 10mins trying to get the contact lens out of ONE eye, I've decided to take the time to write a review about it. (I don't ever write reviews anywhere except if it's super trashy like this)

This was the response to a defective lens. I honestly expected more. Very disappointing.
As per the Rep : The supplier do not deal with the public directly and will revert you back to the practice.
The Rep has advised… The supplier can only assess the worn lenses against a sealed unused lens that has not been worn and then analyse it for manufacturing faults. If after the 2nd lens off the same box tore then generally a customer will bring back the box with the remaining lenses and advise us that they having difficulty with the lenses.
However, when you do come for the eye examination, we will trial you first on a different lens design before you order any lenses
I would give 0 stars if possible
I would give 0 stars if possible. I’ve had Dental extractions that were more pleasant to experience than this company’s rebate procedure. Their customer service has to be some miserable old woman that gets her rocks off giving people a hard time. Will never spend money with them again.
Negative-5
Negative-5. On customer service. Lucky to have good multifocal lenses I guess, but I paid a hefty price for some quality that should already be there. Their so called promo for the 50$ rebate was a complete joke. All the information required was sent over and over again just to be told to apply what was needed in a certain portal on the most unfriendly, unworkable site to submit one (rebate promotion). It seems like they just made this site difficult or impossible to navigate through on purpose. Just absurdly difficult…not paying for this fat over glorified price again for basic quality. And their Promo rebates are an empty hook.
Garbage customer service
Garbage customer service.
What an awful company to deal with. We unfortunately failed to notice the 6 month expiration date on the rebate credit card that was issued. When attempting to contact CooperVision by phone you can't reach a person. My email attempts have just been responded to with their terms and conditions. Clearly their hope is that people won't notice the comically short expiration date on the credit cards and allow them to keep $200+ each time. Shame on you all.
We received an unusable debit card for the $220…
We received a debit card for the $220 rebate. It will expire in 6 months. I logged into the website and the card is supposedly active. It has been declined three times. I have checked their website for the card and it looks like it should be working. Maybe it is only for more vision products but I can't see that restriction anywhere. I am calling my representative. Rebates that use debit cards or gift cards need to be made illegal.
If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a joke, their contacts are a joke, customer service is the worst I've ever experienced and the rebate is nothing more than a scam. Avoid and stay away at all costs!!!!
misight contact lenses
Please do not make your child use misight contact lenses for myopia management, after 2 years of using my son got an eye infection and with the UK NHS system still struggling to get proper treatment from 6 months, they market as contact lenses as safe but once you get something it will be bad.
The contacts are fine
The contacts are fine. I like them and I would buy them again, however , the rebate process is ridiculously slow and annoying. I felt like a beggar trying to get money. At some point I just about thought who cares, let them keep the rebate! I’m still waiting for the rebate and it’s been over a month.

The scumbag company never provided our lenses. We paid for them in early January, and as of late February they have not so much provided a status update for us. They are unresponsive to call and emails.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CONTACTS OF MY LIFE
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CONTACTS OF MY LIFE! These contacts are not breathable they dry your eyes out and are not monthly contacts they last maybe a week before thinning or breaking ! I will stick with better brands such as air optix or acuvue that make truly breathable contacts that do not dry thin or break and give most absolute comfort!
Will never purchase again
Will never purchase again. Apparently they dictate when you are allowed to spend your rebate money and it expires. So I got tipped off $70. Never again.
Absolutely rubbish lenses my left eye…
Absolutely rubbish lenses my left eye always blurry have to take lenses out use my glasses when driving the TV which is about a meter and half from my couch haze when I complain to the optometrist I got told it is the correct prescription wasted money
Prepaid Rebate
Pay attention to the expiry date on your rebate as it is only 6 months and they will take money off if you need it reissued. Which I am pretty sure is illegal in Canada but clearly, they need the money more. I will not purchase anything from them again which is sad as I am just going to buy contacts. Will make sure I let my optometrist know this is the way you get treated as well. I will boycott their brand now and any associated business.
Dud lens in every box!
I have been using Coopervision Monthly toric lenses for about 5 years. With my left eye only, having Astigmatism and some Keratoconus these lenses have given me my eyesight back.
My problem is that it is rare to use a whole box of 6 without having at least one lens with a defect making it unwearable. The defects have been minor so that after 2 days of wear in becomes apparent there is something wrong and when a fresh lens is substituted the problem goes away to the severe when as soon as the lens is inserted it causes immediate discomfort and pain and must be removed hastily. This problem has got worse over the years, i have returned a number of lenses to the Optometrist and received a credit but resign myself to the fact now that every box will have at least 1 bad lens. Come on Coopervision, get your quality control up to scratch. As a manufacturer of medical devices you need to do better,,,
Cooper visions rebate program is an…
Cooper visions rebate program is an absolute scam and designed to waste your time. IF you do get the paperwork submitted correctly, they will stall, tell you they notified you of something that they did not, use expiration dates for reasons not to pay (regardless of your purchase date and paperwork submittal), they will change terms to pay you less, even though you get contacts every year, they will deny your claim saying you can't have two claims within the same year. Their system is purposely difficult to navigate and customer service is rude. Post sale, Cooper Vision does not care about their customers.
