Mark one of the co-founders said “if we are big enough, then we can buy in such large quantities that we can skip over several links in the supply chain, thereby achieving significant savings”. Indeed, Coolshop holds over 200,000 games which are ready to dispatch the same day they are ordered.
The Internet has also given us the opportunity to provide more detailed information on our products. From the outset we decided to offer trailers and videos across the entire product range to enhance the shopping experience. We wanted to make shopping with Coolshop easy, fun and informative – most importantly we didn’t just want the experience to be like reading the back of a box in a shop!
Two of the Magic Five Points are service and security. How could we give the user the same comfort as in a normal shop where an assistant is always nearby to lend assistance? Delighted with order process and delivery from Coolshop. I was kept informed at every stage from receipt of order to final delivery which was within the initial estimated delivery period despite an unexpected heavy snowfall in my locality. I’m sure my grandson will enjoy his gift but unable to comment on quality just now.
This is a shitty company, DO NOT SHOP with them ever. I ordered a cosmetics advent calendar for my wife in late november, when several days have passed and nothing happens, no emails not contact of any kind, so I go and login to the site to check the status of my order, since I have heard nothing for a week. My order is suddenly marked as cancelled, But Coolshop payment for this is still showing up on my credit card. I contact support and they reply after a long time to tell me they had to cancel the order since they were out of the item, which is strange that they sold it to me when they apparantly do not have it to sell in the first place. I got no email or notification about this cancelation at any time and was only aware of it when I contacted them myself. I was told by support that this is standard procedure for them. I told the agent that it is criminal to cancel my order but still charge my credit card, she had to go and release the funds, manually which makes me wonder if they do this often? Coolshop should have released the funds as soon as they canceled the order AND sent me an email informing me about this, I should NOT have to contact them and ask for my money back. I might add that the charge is still showing on my statement and when I asked why they say it may take a week to go away and be returned to me.
So dont ever shop with Coolshop, find a better company that actually cares about their customers and at least tries to keep them informed when there are problems, and maybe doesnt sell you something they dont have in the first place.
