I thought I'd give these people a chance to send a package from the USA to Hong Kong. I scheduled a pick-up for yesterday, from 9:00-15:00. I called their number at around 13:00, asking for an update. The guy who took my call said that they had until 15:00 and they they were "on their way" to my condo building. Well, no one showed up and no one gave me ANY updates regarding this delay. So not impressed thus far.... I would like a discount for the inconvenience caused.

It was fast, cheap, and reliable.

I sent my wedding dress and my husbands suit to myself from the states to Italy. I paid almost $500 plus extra tracking through this company. The UPS tracking said that it was in a customs warehouse but this company’s tracking said everything was okay so I assumed it was. Turns out it was stuck in customs while this company was telling me “all was going according to plan”. I found out too late by contacting UPS that everything was not okay and now I will not have my wedding dress or my husbands suit.

Great rates, easy to navigate forms and fast response with shipping label. Package picked up when requested.

Straightforward process, ability to choose from different shippers, competitive pricing, I will be using for all my shipping needs.

I had to send a lot of things to a friend in Taiwan, amongst them pots, pans and personal stuff. The box turned out quite heavy ( around 30lbs.).
It still was cheaper to ship with cool parcel.com than what I would usually pay via USPS, with whom I sent packages before with only a fraction of that weight!
It took about the same time (10 days). That's the only reason I gave 4 stars not 5. Promised on the site was 5 days shipping. But it got there safe and sound, which was the main concern.

I still do not have my parcel Please find it and deliver it ASAP. So far, I am not at all happy with your service. It was sent UPS Expedited on Sept 6 it is now Sept 18. Where is my parcel??

It was ups fault. They lost the package twice then wouldn't refund the $33 I spent to have it overnighter. And it took 6 days for it to get there...

It was easy to figure out the options for my package during the pricing. And then the paperwork for sending it through customs was also given to be able to fill it out and send it with the package. And lastly, the delivery was not immediate, but they gave me updates and emails and this allowed me to contact the receiver to be able to make sure this could get delivered as needed.

Fabulous customer service, and easy to work with! Sending an international package with Coolparcel was a pleasure. I was informed every step of the way until the delivery was made. I will absolutely use them again, and I highly recommend!

Unfortunately my order didn't go as planned and I blame the holiday that it fell upon. Well cool parcel immediately refunded my money and apologized and as a customer, I really appreciate the respect and timely fashion in which this issue was solved. I'll continue to use coolparcel.
