Way too much seasoning / flavour on the scratchings. Most times they make me gag. Had high expectations but dissapointed. And that"s without the tripple seasoning they offer for £4.99.

Lovely flavours but a little expensive
If you buy the 3 bags of scratchings plus the extra seasoning you still do not get free postage a little excessive .

Avoid! Not to be trusted.
Shocking customer service and order fulfilment letting down a brilliant product.
Ordered a bunch of different flavours of scratchings, some sweets and some cookies in their Black Friday sale. Figured they'd arrive well in time for get-togethers over the festive season. WRONG! Waited 2 weeks, emailed, no reply. Waited another week, emailed, no reply.
Got the the parcel early January. Thought, "Ah well, got some of my favourite flavours and some new ones to try." WRONG AGAIN! What I recieved was nothing like what I'd ordered. I ordered 3 flavours of the big bags, got 3 bags of original 1 of the 5 cookie flavours I ordered...and a note to say "we had to make some changes, sorry. Here's 20% of your next (full price) order."
Pathetic. Especially after waiting more than a month for delivery. I could've been contacted and offered the choice to wait for stock or choose alternatives.
Then, when I complained via email, I get a response that basically boiled down to, "We've got your money and couldn't give a damn." Then I saw that they were promoting a new store, that was fully stocked with all of the items that had been left out of my order. The idea that they had taken money from people, then prioritised potential sales over existing customers told me everything I need to know about how they run their business. Poor show!
Shame. Easily the best scratchings out there, by far. (Sweets are "meh" at best, cookies are over-priced.)
I'll not be buying from them again, neither will my friends and family. Never again. They're not trustworthy.

Firstly, I’m genuinely sorry you had this experience. Reading that is tough, especially knowing how excited you were for the order.
Black Friday stretched us harder than it should have and that’s on us. The delays, lack of response and substitutions without properly offering you a choice is not the standard we aim for.
You absolutely should have been given the option to wait or change items. That’s fair.
I’m sorry we let you down on this one.

I've just seen that the reviews from Christmas are a little poor which I find unfair, I also suffered with a late delivery which is disappointing, but when it comes to pork scratchings cool hog really is the place to go. They taste amazing and are fresh not stale. The hardest part I find is keeping everyone else away from my porkies. Blue sweets seem to work at the moment but I'm not sure for how much longer. When it comes to flavor salt and vinegar are the best don't argue with me you are wrong. My wife did argue with me and thinks that original are best. Apparently I'm wrong and I'm not allowed my horn drinking cups anymore. I'm frightened and might need help. Please give support for salt and vinegar they really are fantastic. I think my wife is wrong I'm just too afraid to tell her.

Firstly, we appreciate you being fair about the Christmas delays. It was a tough period and we know some orders ran late, so thank you for sticking with us.
Now… onto the important matter. Salt & Vinegar is elite tier. Bold. Fearless. Iconic.
That said, Originals are the foundation of civilisation, so your wife does have a case…
We can’t get involved in the horn drinking cup situation, but we fully support peaceful flavour debates in the household 😅

I placed an order 8 days before Christmas, the order took over 6 weeks to be completely delivered. Cool Hog are all over social media acting like a big company but seem to be running before walking. Customer service is below par only interested in taking a payment for goods. Pork Scratching are nothing special.

The festive period exposed weaknesses in our fulfilment and communication and that’s on us. We should have handled it better.
I’m also sorry to hear the product didn’t live up to expectations. That’s never easy to read, but it’s important feedback.
We’ve made significant changes since Christmas to avoid a repeat of that situation. I appreciate you taking the time to leave your thoughts.
