Order arrived 6 weeks later after getting no response to asking for a refund. I just wanted my money back after all the disappointment and frustration. But I’m left with a box full of substitutions of original flavour which I could have bought in any supermarket had I wanted. Don’t waste your money! shocking ethics from this company especially with the company bragging about how much money he has made from us all on instagram.
I will have to pay for return delivery and there will be no refunds for the extra cost of ‘guaranteed Christmas delivery’ what a joke.

These are great scratchings. Good quality and the flavours are excellent. The habanero are pretty hot, but also super tasty. I'm a big fan of the salt and black pepper, salt and vinegar, and the garlic too.

This is the most mixed review I have ever wrote. Let’s start with the bad first. Customer service is none existent. I have requested an update on a partial order yet to be received and another full order. And no response. None at all. I would rather a response saying will be another four weeks rather than being ignored when they have £50 of my money.
However the products themselves. Wow. Probably best pork scratchings ever tasted. Hence the reason why put another order in even after a three week delay before Christmas!!!
But I am getting very frustrated this company does not take customer service seriously. Unfortunately this will lose custom. So if you do see this and do feel like replying, please do. All I want is an update. That’s all. A simple update!
15January- I have now received one of my orders. HOWEVER I am still wanting for the second part of my order #CH42116 which was placed at the end of the year!!!! As always. NO response to any messages sent. But at least now only have £15 worth of my money. SO DISAPPOINTED
22 January. I have finally had a response to my emails AND even better I have received my outstanding order. So I will finalise my review. The products are amazing. They are more expensive than other companies but it is a premium product. But sadly I won’t be ordering again. The customer service is probably the worse I have had. It’s that bad I thought I had fallen for a Facebook scam. When you are paying premium prices you do expect a premium service. In contrast I ordered from another well known company, paid less got 100% more free shipping regardless of amount spent and arrived within 3 working days.

Was guaranteed delivery for Christmas and it did not arrive.
I contacted them before Christmas and finally got a reply. They can 'arrange' a pre paid label for me to get a full refund. They have not sent through the label and are not replying to my emails.
Absolutely disgusting service. Do not order from here!

Unfortunately the delivery side of things was not great. I didn’t receive my order (which was a Christmas present) until after Christmas, despite ordering on 27th November. However, credit where credit is due, the product is absolutely delicious. Would I order again? Yes, would I recommend? Yes. I would just give it plenty of time to be delivered. It’s a shame they experienced so many issues after Black Friday. I do hope they can figure it out before the next one.

I placed my order on 11/12/2025. Your website stated 'guaranteed Christmas delivery'.
Coming up to Christmas I was concerned I hadn't received an email to explain it was dispatched as they were intended to be gifts. I filled in the online contact form and never heard back (still haven't).
After Christmas has passed and still no update/ email/ response from the contact form, I emailed the email address instead to query my order. No response again. This was done 3 times.
I no longer wanted the items therefore emailed again to say not to send it and asked for a refund. No response.
Then received an email to state they had been dispatched on 02 Jan. 22 days after I ordered. Your delivery stated 2-4 days.
You are responding to all the negative reviews and feedback and comments you're getting but not to your emails or contact forms so I thought I'd give this a try to see if you'd stop ignoring a paying customer.
You've noted you didn't know it would be this busy. Common sense states Christmas is a busy time of year so I would expect delays, more orders and short falls but to provide no updates, apologise, no response etc. Ridiculous.
My order arrived and it was incorrect and missing one item. You gave me items I didn't ask for due to stock shortages. I didn't pay for these items nor did I want them and you have gone against the agreement of delivery and common decency within customer service therefore I want a refund and you can have your stock back.
If it's not obvious, I won't be ordering from you again.
Please do not copy and paste the same response you have been giving everyone else about not foreseeing the busy period and stopping orders. You wanted the money from the sales and didn't care about the customers affected. I want a response to my message I want my money back.

If I could give less then one star I would. Like others ordered the beginning of December - paid for the order and it didn’t turn up. Have sent numerous emails asking where the order is and when to expect it but just an automated response saying they would be in touch and not even the decency to do so. Citizens Advice have provided a letter to send and if no response then will take it further. They should not be allowed to do this to so many people.

Terrible service. Placed order on December 1st. Chased on December 16th and was told my order was guaranteed for delivery before Christmas. Order was shipped on January 5th. Multiple emails ignored including where I asked to cancel the order and refund my money. Products are average at best but service is shocking.

Ordered on the 11th December with the website saying guaranteed for Christmas never came and with all the messages and emails I sent to them I never got a reply. Finally my order turned up nearly a month after ordering and they had to substitute my order so I got just 3 packs of plain, when I had ordered 2 garlic and 1 plain and a note apologising with 20% off my next order!! Next order!!! How about I actually get my first order or a refund, they weren’t cheap and Christmas presents. Beyond disappointed and if someone had just replied letting me know the issues I’d have understood but completely ignored and haven’t received what I paid for! No one replies to emails!!

I ordered a couple of times some of the stock was fine but on the last order some items wasn't right I did email them and had no response.
The order took a month for me to get although it's says on there website 2 to 4 days.
Really disappointed in the way they have handled there comication. We not be ordering again

Ordered products from them paid for extra delivery guaranteed and they still haven’t not been received, I ordered them in December 2025, I’ve emailed twice and direct messages on Facebook still nothing ! These were a Christmas present and I never got them ! Still nothing, worst customer service ever ! Looking at the reviews how can this business ignore all these people. I guess it won’t be active in a few months if this is how the treat their customers.

I ordered during their Black Friday sale on 29/11/2025. With the amount of advertising I saw on instagram, I took it to mean that they were prepared to handle the amount of orders that they were likely to get.
On the 15/12/2025 I’d emailed looking for an update as it had still not been dispatched. Turns out that they had not been prepared for their demand and gave me a discount code along with the following statement:
“Just to reassure you: all orders placed before 13th December are guaranteed for Christmas delivery.”
Well it’s now 06/01/2026, I’ve still not received my order as it still just shows as ‘confirmed’ on their website.
So much for that guarantee in their reassurance.
Why even use a discount code if I didn’t even get the original order?
I’m going to email them again but I’m probably looking to get my money back through my bank at this point.
Very disappointed.
