Finally got 2 months worth and they were worth the wait,both colour and b&w,looking forward to getting the rest of my back orders now

Always a wide range of film, it's packed and posted quickly and the communications are always prompt and friendly.
I love shopping here.

6 months late and no customer service contact.

haven't sent any boxes in months, can't cancel the subscription on their website as it doesn't work. he replied to me on Instagram a couple months and said he would sent me extra film to make up for the missed boxes but have not received one since Jan. Wouldn't recommend as he just takes your money.

Have not received order/ terrible customer service.

emailed twice and once on instagram, did not hear back from them. Have not received an order update. would not recommend.

My film never arrived, I have emailed multiple times for over a month woth no answer.

Had three months of unfulfilled orders on a film subscription and had no response from emails although monthly payments were still being taken. In the end I was only able to get a response via Instagram after threatening action over a period of some weeks. In the end I received one order then had to chase a refund for another month and again to receive the refund for the third month. Communication is awful avoid at all costs.

Asked to cancel my subscription and got no response.
Every time i try to cancel on the website it freezes.

Still being charged and haven't received anything for the payment in months..

Sorry but after having 5 lots of monthly subscriptions not dispatched this explains the low review. More so no communication about this at all. Fair enough two of these now sent with a free film (HP5+) still not good enough.

I placed an order over 4 weeks ago and have not heard a thing, besides a reply to one email saying my films would be sent, then nothing.

I am going to file a dispute with my card provider to try to reclaim my money as based on other reviews here it seems Cool Film aren't fulfilling orders. Really disappointing as I wanted to support a small business but this is a terrible way to treat customers. Stay away and just go to a reputable supplier!

Update: I did eventually receive my order and appreciated an extra film thrown in.

Run. Run away.
They took me money and sent nothing. Then took a second lot of money with still nothing. I emailed, I used their contact form, I tweeted. Nada.
Eventually I used the language suggested by a solicitor friend to make sure I was in good standing when reporting them to Trading Standards.
Suddenly, they were in touch and apologetic.
They told me that they'd had trouble getting colour film (this is plausible, though it was never called COLOUR film club to my knowledge). They didn't explain why this made communication impossible for them.
The did send me all the films plus some extras and I am grateful for that. But on talking to others that have used them, I apparently got better than average service.
Seriously, go to Analogue Wonderland.

I am from Argentina and here it is very difficult to obtain certain films. Thank you for shipping worldwide. I'm very happy. I will buy again for sure

I was looking for a film subscritpion and Coolfilm has a nice one. Looking forward for the next rolls!

I’ve subscribed for well over a year now. With the cost of film constantly rising, this subscription lucky dip is good value for money and it has got me a roll or two of hard to get/recently discontinued films.
