I am sorry to have to leave a negative review. I was initially well pleased by the installation in June 2024 of two air con units. However, one of the units broke down in Dec/Jan 2025. Ian came around in Feb 2025 and found out that the electronic card needed replacement. The unit is still under warranty. After countless attempts to contact Ian failed, I ve been told by one of the guys who answered a mobile number from their website that Ian and Jonathan had left the business and he wont be honouring the warranty.

Very professional contractors, providing quality service at reasonable rates. Would recommend to anyone, either business or domestic. 10/10

The work force were always on time did what they said they was going to do and very tidy for a messy job, also did a little extra for no extra cost thank you.

From asking for a quote to carrying out the work Ian was really good. Kept me informed, great price in comparison to other quotes I’d had, clean and tidy and really nice, trustworthy lads
It’s the best thing Iv ever done. I don’t know why I haven’t had air con fitted in my house before now and I love that I can use it for heat in the colder months too!

Good pricing but more importantly the communication was excellent. We all know that sometimes things don’t go to plan and delays are often inevitable but they were honest (even when I didn’t want to hear it) and followed up on their promises. To me this is what makes them more professional - would highly recommend.
