Placed an order and never received it. Was hard to get a response once payment was made. Never got a tracking number or expected delivery date. DO NOT USE!!!!!

I don't know anything abt the new company, I loved the old site, so wat up,we got something new going on now or wat, some1 make me aware, this is the wrong date

Cool-chems is a scam!! Do not order from the new site it is just a scam. I've waited well over 60 days now with nothing. It's just Jane don't waste your time.

Finally received my first order thru the new site. I got burned on two orders before the old site went down, I was a little worried - only placing a minimum order with the new site. So far, so good with the quality and will be placing another order today.

Took almost 4 weeks but got my order off new site. I was leary cause seemed off with tje other site down. Pretty sure its Andy too jane was always nice and he is the same dick as always.

The new site cool-chems com is a scam !! It is Jane she is trying to scam even off this site it is not Andy !!

I have ordered off the new site waited well over 21 days and have not received nothing and came to the conclusion this is Jane after emailing back and forth ..

I've been a customer with CC for a long time. Spent a lot of money. Always pay first, last two reships I didn't get. Didn't order for for about 6 months. Just recently placed a $300 order, It didnt come! Now their sites down?

Does anyone no how to order from coolchems.com? The last 3weeks the web page has been down

It’s still same person. They don’t have product and will just take your money again. After lengthy discussion with them I came to conclusion that this is still Jane with new site to rip people off. N not send anything again. Gave them ample opportunity to prove that it wasnt but wouldn’t do anything to prove that they weren’t. After proving that they ripped me for 3000$ they wouldn’t do anything to prove it was really andy and they were good to go. No sample no respect n honestly just rude. The emails were written just like Jane d did before all this went down. I’m sure it’s just another scam after talking with them for a few hours. If you go to the site the pictures from google were just taken from another site. It was shabbily put togeather n just doing business via email n a btc wallet. Do not send them anymore money your funding terrorism.

For all those who had positive experiences in the past, those days have regrettably come to an end.

Very sorry for anyone that has made any recent orders with CC because we have officially been exit scammed.

The first 3 orders went off without a hitch but I ordered over a month ago now and haven’t received my order and now the website is down. When I emailed them about it they just sent the generic email from when you order, no proof of mailing it out. I don’t know what to think now.

Update: received my order 38 days later, stuff not nearly as potent (I guess from being in the mail so long) heard he’s got a new site just as a hyphen haven’t ordered from there if anyone has another reputable vendor please help a girl out. Keyaira at proton.me

I ordered through them several times in the past with much success however things are different I have not received any orders in the last month and the are not offering me any solution to the problem ........I reALLY hope they get it together but as of now I wouldn't waste my time ordering from them ......if anything changes I will recant my statement about cool chems ...I really hope they get it together .........and do the right thing ...........I really liked this site they were great in the past .......hopefully they get it together and do the right thing hopefully

I had ordered from them several times in the past with much success however things have changed. I placed an order and it shipped according to them but every time I inquired about it they told me to be patient it was coming. It is still never came and now they refuse to reship or respond to my emails. Sadly I believe they do take your money and ship nothing. If something changes I will change my review but for now I wouldn't waste my time or money.

Scam! This company used to be legitamite, but now they will take your money and ship nothing.

I would rate this in the negatives if it allowed however I placed an order and agreed to overnight shipping as well as immediately paid and was told I’d be given a tracking number as soon as it was available. The following day I had still heard nothing so I inquired when I was responded to witha very curt “there are shipping delays due to the pandemic”The entire demeanor changed once money was exchanged. I’ve now inquired over a dozen times via chat and email and they won’t provide status or even acknowledge me.
There are an awful lot of other excellent vendors, I’d highly you use anyone over this one. I’m not done with them yet, I will escalate this with my bank, the DEA Zander anyone else who is interested in this deceitful activity.

These guys are really expensive (probably more expensive than any other services) but they are trustworthy, have good support, and deliver! So I guess you get what you pay for?

I have to recant my previous bad review, CC made good on my order. Though, I didn't receive the full amount I originally ordered. I am very grateful that they fixed the problem, as I am going to be a life long customer.

I was skeptical at first and and a little confused as to how to pay but once I asked and shown how to make payment it got easier to use and I trust this website fully and shipment was punctual in fact showed up earlier then I expected it to cool chems rock!!!!!
