I ordered a loveseat a month and a half ago I have not received it when I contacted them they sent me an email saying it was on the way just be patient today I tried to send an email to ask again where things were and all emails have been bounced right back… They are a scam
Took my money and I got nothing back
no delivery after 15 days; one call at the service center and 3 days later all products very delivered in top conditions like ordered
The first days I haven't received any mail regarding the order, probably mid-August and few people working, but it was delivered well, as expected. Surely I will order again through Coolbox.
Really lovely to receive the box just wrapped with paper as is birthday presents for my son. Thank you.
