Well i have never had a bad experience with coolbet, the livechat help is always on top, fast and reliable, even if you ask a question and dont feel like waiting, they will send you a email after they know answers to your problems, or solved them.
Livechat support usually takes seconds to connect, and they are always polite.
Its my personal experience from Estonian livechat support.

Like most softbooks, odds are great but the second you start profiting they will slap limits on your wagers.

They will do everything in their power to avoid paying you. No matter what document you upload, they’ll reject it and demand another one just to drag things out indefinitely. It’s a deliberate scam to frustrate and exhaust you.

Deposited $200 and turned it into $2000 but when I went to withdraw I was requested to submit many documents which I did. All the documents got approved except for the proof of payment, even though I submitted what they asked from me. Ive submitted multiple different options and all of them got declined even though its what they are asking. It just feeling like they are using any excuse to hold my funds at this point. Ive contacted support multiple times and they tell me I need to submit a PDF of a bank statement which I do and it still got declined. They also say I can submit a screenshot of the transfer in my bank and that also gets declined. Not sure what to do from here but would stay clear of this site. Ive used other sports books and there support has been by far the most frustrating and sketchy.

Wont pay out my winning, keep asking for document upon document. Sending emails about using third party payment method even thought thats not the case. Closing the account in wait for review and asking for more documents, they have "fast withdrawals" as advertisement btw :P

Did not get my cashout, costumer service was terrible and did not provide any help what so ever. I guess this is standard practice from coolbet. My take is to always try and stay away from this casino.

I registered at coolbet on January 10 and deposited SEK 1000. It went well for me and I won SEK 50,000, which I withdrew on January 11. Then they wanted me to send in a picture of my bank card from which I had deposited the money. I did so and received another email to submit bank statements showing that I own the account I want to withdraw the money to. I have done that but now nothing happens. Today I am on day 7 and I have yet to get my account verified and my withdrawal has not been processed yet. The chat gives me various messages ranging from that I should get a response on day 2 then that it could take another 24-48 hours and nothing happens. I haven't done anything wrong. I will change my review from 1 to 5 if I get my money paid and I will let you know here how long it took. A week has passed today.

Casino with high RTP and if not good luck get some losses back, although not so much other bonuses available. But very bad luck the 5-15% back of losses is not so much because other offers are not offered, at least not for me. And the cashback has to be wagered.

Nasty scammers… sorry to say, but this experience was horrible. Dont use this site, as they are lying about promotions and not delivering as promised. Tried contacting support multiple occasions.. no help to get. Positive side is that I have received a fast payment from them. Other than that, the experience was negative, with lying and scamming about promotional offers to make users deposit more money.

🚨🚨🚨 I won … … NOK on Coolbet and submitted all required documents for verification. My profile was basically verified from the start, but now they required proof of deposit, which I provided them with. This final document was uploaded 6 WEEKS AGO, and I received confirmation from customer support via email that the document met their requirements and that it was good enough, but that it has to be checked by the relevant department. Despite this, my account verification remains "under review," and my withdrawal request has not been processed. I have followed up on mail 1-2 times a week, but I still keep getting the same response.

Coolbet's responses have been generic, stating that the verification process is ongoing without providing a clear timeframe for completion. Additionally, they temporarily closed my account for a "routine security check," further delaying the process, although I have everything in order. I recently asked for an update and suggested they provide a clearer timeline or more frequent communication, but I received another vague response apologizing for the delay without addressing my concerns.

This prolonged delay, lack of updates, and unclear communication are frustrating and unreasonable for such a large withdrawal. I have with this requested Casino Guru’s assistance in mediating this issue to expedite the verification process and release my funds.

I think it’s a shame, as I initially had trust in this casino. I will change this rating from 1 to 5 stars if my withdrawal gets approved.
