Excellent training, very informative, learnt a lot!

Matt delivered a basic life support demonstration for the Woodlands medical Practice Patient Participation Group, very professional, explained everything clearly and easy to understand also interesting, the group departed feeling positive about using the skills if required, would definitely recommend Cookson First aid Training

I have been on lots of First Aid training throughout my career, but I have never really enjoyed them or retained what I had supposedly had learnt. However, the training delivered by Matt was excellent! He engaged with the team, used training props such as manikins to practice CPR, in addition to miniature AEDs. His sense of humour made it highly amusing, as well as educational. I would highly recommend Cookson First Aid, and of course Matt. 10/10!

Once again Richie Watts provided excellent "Stop The Bleed" training for 17 of us at St Marks Bredbury.
The training included both theory and practical sessions using relevant teaching aids. It has given is confidence to be able to deal with first line unexpected trauma that involves bleeding. Many thanks once again.

Richie did a fantastic job at running this 2 hour first aid awareness training course for the youth at our Church! They all really enjoyed it and have come away knowing much more than they did before!

Richie who led the session was really clear in his explanation and useful interactive handouts. Done with youth today giving them skills that in an emergency could help save lives. With a very friendly non pressured atmosphere.

Excellent training session on CPR/Defibrillator/first aid given by Matt from Cookson First Aid. Matt was very informative and had a friendly manner, all our participants found it very interesting and informative with lots of interaction. Matt answered all our questions and I would highly recommend him. We will be looking into further coarses.
