Great course. Covered the basics and learnt a lot!

Thorough explanations of each section of the session, conveyed the seriousness of the subject matter whilst keeping the session.

It was very informative and even though it was interrupted unfortunately due to one of the attendees had a seizure I was able to see the First aider in action and how to respond to the situation calm and collected

Really useful guide to choking, CPR etc. Feel much more confident as a new parent as a result.

Jess delivered an amazing mini first aid course aimed at young children and parents - focusing on DR ABC, CPR and how to use a Defib. She kept the content informative, upbeat and engaging for all, my kids loved learning all about it and getting 'hands on' to practice what they learnt.

From having a longstanding background of completing annual Aviation medical training, Paediatric First Aid and Emergency First Aid at work, I can highly recommend Jess at Cookson First Aid.

Matt Donnelly delivered our First Aid Training in an excellent manner from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable, engaging and made the session easy to follow. There was a great balance of learning and hands-on practise, which helped relate it to potential real-life situations. Richard Whatts made the whole experience of first aid skills interesting, easy to understand as well as being aware of the dangers. All the Tuesday Club members of 55 years and over learnt something new in CPR and other first aid information. Thank you Richard for a entertaining afternoon.

We had training for our community centre, the training was so good, enhancing our knowledge and keeping us up to date with basic life saving. We had opportunity to use the manequins and other items. thank you for a good day everyone enjoyed the training.
