For our standard sized items such as Cooker Hoods, Hobs, Microwaves and Mini Fridge Freezers, we offer a Free next working day tracked delivery service and for our larger items such as Ovens, Range Cookers, Washing Machines and Dishwashers we use a White Goods Delivery company who contacts you to make suitable delivery arrangements. Cookology is based in Haverhill, Suffolk having outgrown our premises in Bishop's Stortford on the Hertfordshire, Essex border, near London Stansted. We are an intimate company with friendly and helpful staff standing by to take phone orders, answer your emails quickly and give you advice on buying appliances for your kitchen. We never pressure customers into buying and the only people we share your details with are the courier companies and review companies we use.

Perfect purchase

Ordered online which was very easy, item was delivered by DPD the following day and arrived in the time slot I was given. Very happy with my under the counter freezer it is exactly as described and keeps everything frozen as it should and at a great price too.

Should have paid more than buy cheap

This was a replacement for a replacement of my old microwave. The first one my husband bought had issues. And was returned. And since i had recently bought a Cookology dishwasher I went to your website and found a great model. OK I have a little steam but dries up quick.

Delivery quick from when I ordered but…

Delivery quick from when I ordered but an hour outside the allotted window which impacted on my work.

I previously rang to explain the fridge/freezer needed carrying down a small flight of steps to the kitchen.

The delivery men didnt Get the message and refused to do so leaving me to arrange to get it into the house.

Delivery drivers were courteous.

We regret the delivery team wasn't informed about the steps, however the agent your spoke to on the phone should have advised this would be down to driver discretion and not something we can guarantee they will do, we will look into who you spoke to to make them aware of the correct processes moving forward.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. I never received my order but was told it had already been delivered. I have been chasing this up for months and still have had no proper update or resolution. Customer service has been extremely poor and the issue is still not sorted. I would not recommend based on this experience.

A very efficient service.

The service was fast and my cooker Hob was delivered in less than 24 hours. It arrived in perfect condition.
The next day I ordered a extractor fan. Sadly it arrived damaged. I called Cookology and they sent me a new one which arrived within 24hrs. I cannot fault the aftersales staff, especially Millie, who was just brilliant. Thankyou so much cookology.
