Scammed and robbed

Scammed and robbed! Sent wrong item, fake tracking, no refund!Review:Do not trust this shop! I ordered a gift for my boy's 10th birthday, and they sent completely the wrong item. I contacted them for a refund or replacement, and I have been dragged along for over 2 months.I was tracking the replacement parcel, and the tracking suddenly claimed it was "delivered", but absolutely nothing ever arrived at my address. When I messaged them about this, they promised they would issue a refund. I still have not received a single penny, and now they are completely ignoring my messages. They have stolen my money and ruined a birthday gift. Total scam, avoid at all costs!How to get your money back right

If i could do zero stars i would

If I could do zero stars, I would. Ordered a Board game from here (since then, their website has now completely changed and looks nothing like before, and they sell completely different items.) took over a month to get here. And some Rubbish turned up in its place. Not what we ordered. Said they were going to correct it and send the right game. 32 days later, it's apparently been delivered, but definitely not to me. I am now being ignored when asked for a full refund. Obviously a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.
