Kayleigh and team were great with our recent sale and purchase. We were able to deal with almost everything via email and just the final few documents via post. Kayleigh kept us up to date with progress and provided lots of reassurance in the final stages when dates slipped and we exchanged and completed on the same day! Would gladly recommend and use again!

I’ve had Mark and Hannah guiding me on a property since April of 2025. Whilst the long time line was by no means their fault, they have done everything they can to ensure a smooth operation. As a first time buyer, it’s a scary process buying your first place, but they have been nothing but wondeful. I would highly recommend the pair of them.

Mark Higginson handled the purchase of a new property.
From the start Mark was excellent and kept me up to date with every that had to be done especially as the vendor and their solicitors were extremely slow at responding to requests and supplying information to complete the purchase.
We completed on the 30th January 2026 and if it had not been for Mark and his team I believe we would still not have completed by now.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark to handle any property conveyancing.
