Had a good experience working with Convertica on a total revamp of our website onto Shopify. The team was very organised and responsive throughout the whole process and was very cost effective for the level of work completed.

used to be great. now we worked with them again but it wasn't impactful. we canceled the subscription which they confirmed but they still charged our credit card 900 a month

I've had a thoroughly positive experience with Convertica. I worked with them on an optimization campaign a few years ago then hired them to work on another campaign at the end of October. My only regret is that I didn't get them to start work on the latest campaign sooner. They were able to apply a bunch of best practices to the site which resulted in a noticeable year over year improvement to our conversion rate. KILER RESULTS. Only one of the split test they did paid for our 6 months contract ( 20% INCREASE IN SALES with our best sellers). I needed to put a stop to their services because they optimized so much during the last few months that now, i must go and create more offer and scale the traffic hahahahaha.
