I don't even wanna give 1 star. Ordered the initial cowtag keyring and ended up paying more than I found it for on other sites. (That's on me-Wish I had done my homework). Took forever to get the item and you can forget them keeping you updated on tracking. I had to open a PayPal claim just to get them to respond. Do not recommend this site at all. They can keep their coupon for future purchase from me!!!

Ordered over a month ago. Told me that our president Trump has delayed shipments because of tariffs. I still have not received my order and when I asked for a refund communication completely stopped.

Clicked on video and this is of a different person's product then when i clicked they sold me something less than. Suppose to be xxl with a case that becomes cushion and holds up to 100 pounds per video, What came was hard plastic, no case, no pillow and only a 400-pound capacity. False advertisement!!!!! FRAUD. offered me 3USD as compensation but no refund and wont let me return

I ordered something I month ago they kept on giving me the run around saying it was shipped I never received the item . Do not fall for them people they are scammers they will take your money and you will receive nothing I asked for a refund and they are giving me the run around do not order on their website it’s a scam

Never got my item and when I put in a dispute with PayPal they ruled in favor of this vendor so I disputed that and the 2nd time they ruled in favor of the vendor. The original tracking showed the item coming from Spain and delivered to Canada, after I contacted them about that they stated the tracking was the wrong tracking id and gave me a new one that showed it was in the Los Angeles port of customs on 3/15/25 and advised them that the item shouldn't take 1 month to get out of customs and they stated the item is on the way they cannot do anything to refund the item until I receive it. On 4/6/2025 I still hadn't received the items so I contact PayPal and they contacted the vendor and th le next day the tracking showed the item delivered to my residence on 3/11/2025. PayPal stated they showed it delivered and I can't show otherwise so the item must have been stolen which isn't true since my local postal service show they never delivered any items on that day. This fraudulent company stole money from me and I can't get a refund... BEWARE THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY THAT STEALS YOUR MONEY

Total scam, I ordered the items as seen on facebook, what came was nothing like the quality or the sizing that I had ordered. When I immediately, same day, contacted them, they told me that to ship the items back to China (even though they shipped from the US) would be very expensive for me and they were sorry so they could only offer me $5USD.
I have emailed them every day (over 3 weeks now) requesting the return address so that I can get a full refund and they just say that they are sorry they can't help me.
DO NOT Order from them unless you are happy to throw your money away.

I didn’t even receive the package but needed to alert those who may consider buying something. The automated tracking was sent every step of the way (it is almost a month of waiting). The first set of international tracking states it left from Sweden. When it arrived to the USA, it sent another text so I requested for a US tracking information. It doesn’t track under USPS but I googled for a global tracking site and it showed product leaving from China.

TOTAL SCAM. I thought I'd test my luck as this company had "some" positive reviews. I regret not going with the people who tried helping with the negative reviews.
I purchased some inners from here and simply the sizes did not fit, so I wanted to exchange them with the right size. Not even return. They asked me for proof and I provided them everything. The next thing customer service got to me with was mind-boggling! They legitimately suggested me, if I could "GIVE THEM AWAY TO SOMEONE" as they don't fit me, instead of returning them. I got furious and and asked for a refund. NOTHING AFTER THAT. SCAM! Please people, read this and save your money and time. I'm pretty sure the good reviews they get are from people they paid to do so.

Waited forever for my order and then when it got here it was not even slightly what I ordered. I ordered 2 bras and instead received a pair of leggings. Emailed but honestly can't see anything coming of it I'm sure I got scammed

I have been waiting 2 months and have yet to receive my items. They keep on saying wait, it has been mailed out. They have given me 2 different tracking numbers, neither are accurate. Not reputable!!! I asked for a refund and they have refused. Now I’m waiting for a PayPal resolution. Stay clear of this scam

Total scam. Started with regular tracking information. Then parcel arrived in Australia. Communication stopped there. 6 weeks plus and
Company does not respond to email.

Great deal, great quality. Comfortable, reusable, saves time. Only wish I found it sooner!

I'm really pleased with this purchase. The price was quite reasonable and well-worth the comfort and convenience it provides. It's not often you find such value for money in products these days. Highly recommend for those on a budget.

My items have been in transit for 46 days and it looks like they wont be arriving. They have sent me mails to be patient and that the items are on their way, but I can see that what i ordered has been sitting in china for two months.
Luckily I use a Kreditcard company that can withold payment until I say I have received my order, so I am not paying for this. Fake company. Dont order

This is an internet fraude scam and I have officially filed a complaint this morning. Ordered products from them 23/4 and received updates regularly that my order was being processed in the US. Then suddenly the order was delivered 21/5 at 10.29 hrs but NOT. I was at home this day. Any contact with their support was strange. My parcel was coming from the US, England, China!!! These are disgusting people advertising on social media sites offering this product. Miracle Lip Gloss.
My advice file an official complaint and spread the word that there are no more victims. It is a fraud and a scam. Report officially and if you like me paid with a credit card use the official service to get your money back. These people should never stopped once and for all. All dropshippers who take money from people for a product that never arrives. Report report report and hopefully they will be stopped! Sincerely hope so despicable people!

This appears to be a scam. I keep receiving emails that my shipment is travelling in Italy.

Items never received. Refund not offered. Will be filing a fraud charge with my bank. Buyer beware!!!

My Customer Service experience has been horrible! I never received my order and I was told to check with my neighbors to see if they signed for my package instead of refunding me!

My husband got this for me for Christmas.. Worth every penny I want another! I wear it even in warmer weather in the afternoons over a tshirt and shorts! So cozy!!
