This is a scam company that is…

This is a scam company that is partnered with Eharmony in a scam to defraud their customers. Eharmony has started a deceptive business practice regarding it's subscription pricing and using this company as a debt collector for money that people do not owe to either Eharmony nor Convergent Outsourcing.

JUST ANOTHER SCAM

I ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT CONVERGENT/LEMBERG LAW THINKING THEY FIGHT FOR THE RIGHTS OF CONSUMERS, HANDLE ISSUES REGARDING ROBO CALLS, AS THEY CLAIM TO DO. IN ESSENCE THEY ARE A HUGE DEBT COLLECTIONS AGENCY OUT OF CALIFORNIA. I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING CALLS PERIODICALLY SINCE APRIL, ON MY PRIVATE, UNLISTED PHONE, WHERE I PAY FOR THAT SERVICE. NORMALLY I DO NOT ANSWER THEIR CALLS, THEY ARE BEING INVESTIGATED FEDERALLY AND BEYOND. HOWEVER TODAY I DID PICK UP THE PHONE, SPOKE WITH A TOM FERGUSON, SUPERVISOR, WOULD NOT SAY LOCATION. HE INDICATED HE WAS TRYING TO REACH A TERESA CIPRIANO. I TOLD HIM THE NUMBER HE CALLED BELONGS TO ME AS OF FEBRUARY, 2018 AND THERE IS NO TERESA CIPRIANO HERE AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHO SHE IS. HE WENT ON AND ON ABOUT PERHAPS THIS PHONE NUMBER BELONGED TO THIS WOMAN BEFORE I WAS GIVEN THIS PHONE NUMBER. SOUNDS REASONABLE BUT STINKS LIKE A CONTRIVED EXCUSE TO CALL ME USING A FAKE NAME AND EXPLANATION. THIS BUSINESS HAS ALL THE MAKINGS OF A SCAM, SOLICITATION, ETC., AND ALL OTHER VERBIAGE THESE FEDERAL BUREAUS CAN COME UP WITH. QUESTION HOW REPUTABLE, LEGITIMATE THIS BUSINESS IS. LOOK INTO THIS. THANKS.
