"I recently completed my required…

"I recently completed my required continuing education units through this excellent provider for my Master HVAC, Master Plumbing, and Master Gas Fitter licenses in Virginia—and I couldn't be happier with the experience!

The study materials were top-notch: comprehensive, well-organized, and perfectly aligned with everything needed to meet DPOR requirements. They did a fantastic job highlighting the key code changes that were most relevant this cycle, which made the content feel current, practical, and directly applicable to my work.

They offer dedicated courses for each trade—Master HVAC, Master Plumbing, and Master Gas Fitter—so I could focus precisely on what I needed without any fluff. The format was a little different from previous years, but after getting through the first course, it clicked quickly, and the next two went smoothly and efficiently.

At the end of each course, I took the test, passed comfortably, and the provider promptly forwarded my results to the Virginia DPOR. There was a small mix-up with the initial plumbing submission (not sure if it was on their end or DPOR's), but their team was incredibly responsive—they jumped right on it, resubmitted everything, and got it sorted out quickly with no hassle on my part.

Overall, this was a smooth, reliable, and genuinely positive way to knock out my CEUs. The materials were high quality, the process was straightforward once I adjusted to the updated format, and the customer support was outstanding when needed. I highly recommend this provider to any tradesman needing DPOR-approved continuing education—I'll definitely be using them again next renewal cycle!"

The class was a complete…

The class was a complete disappointment, I didn’t even know the rules of the course until the beginning witch was the beginning of it

Plus I couldn’t hear anything and told the instructor that so whatever he failed me for I could hear anyway

For North Carolina CE courses, the state requires active participation and verification throughout class, which includes being on camera as directed and attending from an appropriate stationary location. Students cannot participate while driving or riding in a vehicle, and we’re required to enforce these rules to remain compliant with NC CE regulations. These requirements are also clearly listed in the Student Portal for review before class.

You guys need to sell the latest books

You guys need to sell the latest versions of the books for the tests. Some of the books that I got from you are only valid for a few months. This will be the last time that I buy any more books form you. I have to take the GC test for all the states in the south east so your loss.

We also work hard to keep all of our materials as up to date as possible with the current state exam requirements and references. It sounds like you were expecting materials that would match an exam date several months in the future, but publishers and exam references can announce updates later on, sometimes after orders have already been processed. Our policy states Bookstore materials are sold according to the edition/version available on the date of purchase. Publisher and exam reference updates may occur after purchase and may impact which materials are recommended for a later exam date. Because these changes are outside our control and may be announced after an order is fulfilled, edition updates after purchase are not eligible for a refund or return, free replacement, or upgrade to a newer version. You guys are robbers hiding behind…

You guys are robbers hiding behind policy. I didn't order what you sent me.

Buyers beware, these people are seriously not who you want to purchase from. They sent me a book I didn't order and won't make it right. 275$ lost because they hide behind a nonsense policy. Do not buy from them. Customer service is non existent.

Easy to order, careful when you place to order!

I did like that the books came quickly. I liked that when I reached out I got a super fast reply. What I did not like was when I placed the order the cart that was created for me by contractor training included books I did not need. When I reached back out for help no one responded. I even reached out to the person that was so quick to create my cart.
