Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. I finished paying and registering weeks before the class. Got the calendar invite and link for the class only to get an email two weeks later saying I wasn’t registered. I have the email saying “ Thanks for registering for our live webinar! Details and a link to join the webinar are below.
Georgia CE: Building Codes, Erosion & Sediment Control & Underground Utilities
Join us Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 3:00 - 6:00 pm EST”

Now why tf would you send that if I’m jog registered?? Gtfo.

I guess you can only go over the current information. Most of it is kind of mind numbing. I’ve been doing GC work for over 50 years (since 1977)

I was having trouble finding my course…

I was having trouble finding my course on my dashboard after registering. It was after hours so I had to leave a message.
Theresa a student advisor reached out to me to make sure my issue was resolved. She then sent me her contact info and asked that I let her know when I finish the course. Upon completion she would make sure my hours were sent to the state. She has gone beyond what I expected and I am grateful for her assistance.

Blurry Xerox Copy — Not Suitable for Exam Prep

I was very disappointed with the Paint Contractors Manual I received. The copy appears to be nothing more than a Xerox reproduction, and many of the pages are blurry and difficult to read. Because of the poor print quality, I was not able to use it effectively for my exam preparation.

What makes this even more frustrating is that there are no refunds, so buyers are stuck with a product that may not meet expectations. Anyone ordering required PTC exam books should definitely take this into account before purchasing.

Because of that, the first few minutes can seem like nothing is happening while the instructor is waiting for students to log in, so there may be a short stretch of “dead air” at the beginning.
