Absolutely amazing customer service. I had a tiny issue with my Unimouse after many years of heavy use and they shipped out a new top cover for me, even sent sweets and a little video showing me how to replace the part.

I was suffering from arm pain and stiffness. I did use other ergonomic mouse, which did not help that much. But after I stated using this roller mouse red plus, I dont feel any of those anymore! Also, this is extremely comfortable to use with this extended support to rest your hands on.
