Selling lesser quality labeled as their best
In Dec. I ordered a pillow case and Continentals top quality 800 loft down. They sent the wrong case and I waited. Then I opened the down. It is obviously tiny bits and pieces. It’s taken them weeks to acknowledge it’s not 800 loft or anything near that. Yet they still won’t send the correct product until I ship back the junk. So 6-weeks later, no product, no pillow. BUT THEY CHARGED ME promptly.
A good business wouldn’t package inferior product and sell it bagged as their best. How does that happen?
A good company would correct their error immediately. They’d send their top quality as quickly as possible to “Satisfy the Order” and satisfy the customer!
They’re bagging an inferior product and mislabeling it as their best. Most buyers haven’t a clue they’re being cheated.
