This is the worst company to deal…

This is the worst company to deal with.. what ever you do.. do not join this company.. has to be the worst customer service i have ever dealt with in my life.. paying my re-connection fee was a challenge and they still couldn't help for me to pay them.. like wtf?????!!!???

This is a truly bad company

This is a truly bad company. They did not do a read on our meter for 3 months because they could not remote read during that period. Instead of sending a person to get the reads, which these types of companies do, they chose to wait. After telling us they were estimating our bills (which we had to assume were not perfect, but at least somewhat accurate, they sent us a massive bill. They saved themselves money by not sending someone out, and then made us pay the price for it. This is just not ethical behaviour.

Not impressed with lack of service

I wish to cancel my account as I'm travelling abroad.

The not-helpful phone companies have shut down my phone network, and Contact can't be bothered employing humans to take calls, nor provide an email address for contact. So, the means of contact are very limited.

All these endless and unhelpful menus and assumptions that all I want is more of your services are an insult. Just make a plain a simple link where one can cancel one's account.

So-called service has disappeared in this an other industries.

Reliable

I was with Contact for five years, switched to Mercury for a year, and had a few problems there. Coming back to Contact felt like a relief.

Utterly worthless and incompetent…

Utterly worthless and incompetent company that couldn't care less about their customers. Their chat support is dead – messages completely ignored for hours. The 0800 'helpline' is a sick joke: endless hold for over 2 hours before it just cuts off, no human ever answers. My account is completely barred from making any outgoing calls, and their so called 'technicians' keep insisting it's my iPhone's fault.
I switched the SIM to a totally different phone – same exact problem, zero calls possible. Proof positive it's 100% their faulty account settings, but they go silent no response. How can a supposed mobile network leave their customers without response and ignore basic evidence and leave paying customers stranded without service? This isn't just bad service .
Save yourself the nightmare, stress, and wasted money – steer clear of Contact Mobile at all costs. Worst telecom experience, zero stars.

Julie in customer service worked…

Julie in customer service worked tirelessly to get our rental's power back on. She completely understands the process and just made it happen. She's a credit to any customer service team. Contrast this with Mercury energy who were absolutely useless. Thanks Julie, looking at moving our other accounts to Contact too.

We get disconnections

We get disconnections, have to reboot their modem reasonably often. ONT always looks okay so it’s not Chorus. Had a national outage recently isolated to only Contact and no way of reaching out to them after hours, no acknowledgement on their Facebook or the website.

Contact Mobile are the most useless…

Contact Mobile are the most useless when it comes to service, both personal and literal cell coverage. People standing next to me would call me, it wouldn't ring, and I wouldn't even receive a missed call alert. After months trying to get through to thier customer service team, they shut down my account before I could transfer my number to another provider. Terrible reception, even worse service. Would recommend 2 cans and a string over Contact Mobile.

Terrible support

Terrible support. Left a critical support issue not being able to login and transfer my number from my old provider. No response for two days to my live chat. Not even an acknowledgement. Worst service I’ve ever had and that’s saying something for the telco industry. This review is for contact mobile specifically

Great Service, Very fast delivery, Very Friedly staff.

Great Service,
Had first-hand experience with the cancelation of services and accounts, moving and restarting services. Always looking to help, assist, and go the extra mile. The call center answers calls way faster, always a plus when you can speak to someone when you need to.
Mobile app and websites are great and work well, easy to update details, payments, bills, and usage data all at your fingertips. They even have WhatsApp to communicate with.
Best of all, they have open contracts, that's how confident they can be as once a customer, always a customer.
