Hello Phil,
According to your order details, you placed the order o the 10th of December and it was delivered on the 12th of December. You have made no effort to contact us that we can see to alert us to any error with the order. I suggest that, had you contacted us when the order was delivered that the issue whould have been corrected well before the 22nd of December when you left this review.
As it stands, we still haven't been directly contacted by you and as stated in our terms and conditions, "Please notify us of any incorrect or damaged items on delivery within five working days of delivery. Regrettably we cannot accept the return of any item after this period."
