Following up on an expired CSCS card renewal and then a touchscreen test and card renewal my contact, Nathan, was polite, well-informed and handled all matters in a professional manner.
Even when a small query arouse a month or so after the renewals were complete, this was dealt with very efficiently, within the hour.

Avoid this joke of a company! Booked a course with then over the phone for my health and safety level 1.
The same day I managed to get my previous employer to send over my certificate which I forgot about, so I had no use for the course and emailed them several times with no reply!
Rang them up and now they are only offering half of the money back for a refund!

AVOID!! Awful Experience. Rushed without exploring all my options and booked a test & card through this site. Realised afterwards that they charged me approx 50% more than the official CSCS site!! I phoned up to cancel/get a refund and was refused. Their terms and conditions state you can can cancel and receive a refund up to 96 hours prior to the rest, I phoned 5 days prior. Disgraceful company. They eventually said they would refund me for the card. It has been a week and no refund as of yet and not even a confirmation email back from them regarding the refund. Please for your own good do not use this company.

Kevin Wilson was a great help to me in booking in my CSCS Test. I didn't have a clue what I was doing and he helped me step by step. He was very patient with me, responded very quickly to emails and phone calls and did not harass me. Thank you Kevin - keep up the good work.

Used this company to renew my Cscs card. That at the beginning of November 2020. Still not received it.
Contacted them on numerous occasions only to be lied to every time.
DON'T USE THIS SCAM COMPANY.
THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN

This is a scam, do not use this company or give your card details over the phone. Use the official CSCS website instead.

I needed renewal cscs cards and i clicked on this site - which i wish i hadnt done, as not only did they take more than what it would have been if i done it properly its been a total scam from the day i made payment to them. i have been waiting for over a month for the cards to be sent - i have been passed about from pillar to post everyone of them saying the same thing or just hanging up the phone when i am asking how long it would take for the cards to be sent.

LESSON LEARNED I WILL NEVER CLICK ON THE FIRST SITE AND WILL ALWAYS LOOK AT TRUST PILOT . If i had known this i would never have gave this SCAM company my money.

This is a scam. They are not the correct CSCS card company. Do not use.

Total and utter con. Booked course in a rush. Asked to cancel within 24hrs but they're refusing. Now I've lost £275+. Lesson learned. Dont use cowboy companies and do your research first.
