The worst experience ever!

The worst experience ever!! The coat as very low quality for an 660 euros coat. The cut was terrible and I struggled to have contact with the company to return the item.
I sent the item and NEVER GOT A REFUND.
They do not reply to any of my mails.
I wish I had red the bad comments on this company before. It's a scam. Do not fall into the trap.

***Buyer beware***

Buyer beware :The most disappointing experience – returns not honoured. In my experience Constancethelabel has no integrity whatsoever. I wish I had thought to check their reviews on trust pilot before I was conned.
I purchased a coat based on the company’s advertised 'easy returns' policy. The item arrived a week late, meaning it was no longer needed for my event. The coat was unworn and unused, and in addition did not fit, yet my return request was refused and no returns label was provided. Then constance ignored my emails.
Constance then stated the coat was “made to measure,” despite no measurements ever being requested and the item being available off the peg at the time of purchase, again with 'easy returns' advertised all over the feature.
Sharing this publicly to ask the company once again to accept the return and issue a full refund. I hope this helps others make an informed decision before ordering. Buyer beware. Constance has £1400 of my money and I have a 'jacket' that arrived a week late for the event for which I purchased it and does not even fit.

Scammed and extremely disappointed

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Constance The Label. I placed an order totaling €483, which I later returned as per the company’s return policy. However, despite confirming the return was received, I have not received any refund to date.

I have followed up multiple times via email and other channels, but I continue to be ignored. It has now been 3 months, and this lack of communication and accountability is completely unacceptable for a brand that claims to offer quality service.

I expected professionalism, but instead, I feel scammed. This is not just poor customer service – this is withholding money owed. I urge the company to process my refund immediately and take responsibility for their actions.

Buyers, be cautious when ordering from this brand. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions.

An awful experience with this company

An awful experience with this company. Customer service is non existent. Since returning my item on 30.5.25 (as per the 7 day returns policy), they have allocated my funds as a credit on account and are ignoring all communication requesting a full refund.

Thankfully I paid by credit card and my bank have been very clear that if evidenced these funds can be claimed back via the disputes team.

I highly avoid shopping with this supplier and only wish I had seen the abysmal reviews left by other shoppers.

Save your money and the headache.

Unfortunately we will not be able to accept your return for a refund as our return & exchange policy clearly states that : ‘Final sale items or items purchased with discounts cannot be returned, only exchanged for other items or refunded for store credits.’ This is the reason why, as soon as we received your parcel, we issued the refund in store credits. Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, I received the coat, but the sleeves were so short so I returned it. They never send my money back and I sent multiple emails to the company. They never answered me.

Customer Review:

I had an extremely disappointing experience with my recent order. I purchased two items:
1. Constance Cashmere Coat - Cream (XS/S)
2. Winston Jacket - S (Preorder - Ships in Two Weeks)

Despite paying for both coats, I only received the Constance Cashmere Coat. I reached out to customer service on Instagram and was told both items should have been included, but they weren’t. I also tried contacting them via their website and email, but I’ve received no response whatsoever.

This is absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the high price I paid for these items. The lack of communication and accountability is shocking. I will never shop here again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this store. Their service is completely unprofessional!

I wish I also read reviews before ordering.
1. I ordered it with priority delivery which was supposed to take 2-3 days, order arrived 8 days later after my emails that I specially paid for priority delivery…
2. Quality is really poor, now when I read all the reviews, can only relate to it. On the pictures it looks fancy and nice and the price is more than 500 EUR, when in reality coat looks like from aliexpress for max 30 EUR :))))) so it’s really scam to pay so much money for this shit
3. I asked for refund, apparently I need to pay for it almost 40 EUR and also + tax 70 EUR so in the end from the order of 500 EUR good if I can get 350 back, but I guess I will never get them, since after submitting return they should get in touch with you within 24 hours, it has been 3 days - haven’t heard nothing.. great, simply great.
So honestly I will not even bother to send it back, will keep it as my most stupid and expensive purchase, but just be aware, that you don’t purchase anything from them, it’s really a shit company.
Very disappointing experience…

Avoid this company

I wish I read reviews first. Both jumpers look nothing like in the picture on the Facebook advert and the quality is shocking. I was not aware that it was coming from China but eventually figured it out when it took 3 weeks to deliver. (Had I known I would have not gone ahead). I have emailed twice to return items but no reply. Seems like a scam. Stay AWAY

Absolute load of rubbish do not order

Absolute load of rubbish order takes 15 days and comes from china . I emailed no reply and my item looks nothing like the picture and would fit a 13 year old . Waste of money poor clothing and poor service I’m not even going to attempt to refund and hope for a refund as will be pointless

They emailed me a cancelation confirmation for the coat that never got posted but still no payment refunded to my bank?

Update I got my money back and a reply after going through a bank dispute.

you ordered a coat on our website on the 18th of October. this specific coat was made to order, which means it takes about 8 business days to make it. That was clearly stated in the shipping information on the product page you'll find on our website. on the 22nd of october, when we finished the coat, you asked us to cancel the order. We immediately communicated this to our atelier although the coat had been sewn and finished. The refund was issued together with the cancellation email on the 6th of November. It is an international bank transfer as we are a Belgian company. it can take up to 5 business days to arrive to your bank account but calling us a scam is just not fair and definitely not the truth. Regardless, the issue has now been solved and with some patience you will soon see the refunded amount on your bank account. Best regards,

Non-existent customer service

No update on delivery. Products still in warehouse after 13 days and no reply on request for refund. Terrible customer service.

Please don’t buy anything from this…

Please don’t buy anything from this company. I bought a coat which looked lovely in the photos. However it had no lining, for that price you would expect it, so it looked unfinished and cheap. Also even though I ordered small it was too big. I decided to return it and firstly they stated I had to pay for the return £28 which I thought was unfair. Upon completing the return form they replied that I am not eligible for a return as I bought it with the 10% discount that you get for your first order. I tried contacting them but none replied and I was blocked at their social media. What a scam, I wish I had read reviews before ordering.

Never received my refund!

I ordered a jacket and returned it, after 4 months I still haven’t received my refund and they stopped replying to my emails since months, though they confirmed the received the returned jacket and will refund me!
Reading the other reviews, I see I am one of many with the same issue!
Don’t bother ordering! BTW I returned it because of the quality…

Avoid this company

I bought a coat and it arrived on 26 March with marks on it so I requested a return - they took more than a week to provide a return label (after several chaser emails). The company received the coat over 1.5 weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything from the company about a refund...It's now been about a month

Constance the Label seems to be money hungry

Constance the Label seems to be a scam. Last email they sent was “we received your returned item and will process your refund soon”. It’s been a month I don’t see my refund. Two emails followup on my refund no reply. I think my $660.17 is gone. The reason I returned the coat was that the fit was weird not same as the picture. The collar did not come with fur as advertised. Material was nice and soft but unfortunately the fit was not done well for the price.

Don’t waste your money!

I’ve been eyeing one of their coats on Instagram and their adverts swayed me to buy it. Coats are quite expensive, they are quite nice quality (no lining though), but I received 5% off from the newsletter for the purchase which I decided to use. Herein lies the first problem. I bought and received my order within about a week. The coat didn’t really suit me so I decided to return it. After placing a request, I haven’t heard from them for a few days at all, and after urging them to reply, I received an answer that my return is not accepted because I used a discount on my order. This is against the European consumer law. Their second condition is that you have to return your order within 7 days from its receipt, as opposed to the lawful 14 days. They also will charge you for the return almost €30 although I live within EU and you have to pay for it which is against the law as well! So save yourself some trouble and go buy a nice coat from a respectable online shop with good customer service and refund policy and don’t even bother with this pretentious scammy seller.
