Bought controller for son’s Christmas stopped working after just over 3 months. Only a 3 month Warranty. I would not recommend.

Paid £10 for parcel to be delivered before 1pm still waiting at 4pm can’t track delivery time app not working

Bought a custom Xbox controller for my son's birthday in June, it arrived quickly, the quality of the customisation was first class and my son absolutely loved using it.

Unfortunately after around a month or so the right trigger button started to stick a touch. I hardly noticed it but my lad was getting a bit frustrated with it. I contacted customer services and Jij was brilliant - he told me to send the controller back and they'd get it fixed. I sent the device back on Monday via 24hr delivery. Received it back on Friday the same week with the issue all fixed.

I'll certainly be returning for other customised controllers, I think they look great and more importantly I've been left very impressed with their post sales customer service.

Very disappointed with this company. Purchased a custom PS5 controller for my son 3 months ago but the vinyl/paintwork has already started to bubble and come off. Contacted them to see if there was any way this could be rectified and was simply advised that it was due to the way the controller was being held (not sure how it could be held any other way that how it is designed to be held?) and their advice was to just not buy another custom controller. Disappointing given it is only 3 months old. Now left with a disappointed son and a scruffy looking controller. I will take their advice and not purchase from them again.

Ease of use quickly delivered & it blew my son’s mind. Didn’t know what to get him for his birthday & got the galaxy controller stunning looks amazing & he is very happy. Also needed to ask a question via email & response was quick & really helpful. Would highly recommend.

My 2 sons were mithering for a custom ps5 controller each.
A quick search on Google revealed how expensive they are 120 quid 150 quid. I was not paying that for a controller.
Then I came across c/c prices were decent selection was decent so I placed an order for 2 ps5 controllers.
Both arrived a few days later.
One was fine but the other was faulty 2 buttons didn't work.
I emailed c/c jij got back to me straight away apologised and asked me to return the faulty controller which I did.
He dispatched a new controller the same day. Even gave us an free upgrade on the standard controller we had originally ordered.
You only find out how good a company is when you encounter a problem.
And from our experience jij at custom controllers was fantastic he went above and beyond to sort my 8 year old son out.
We will be using cc again.

Well I was a novice so conacted JIJ he reply and we discilussed options the customer service was quick effective abd efficient so I placed my order and two quick days later it arrived looks amazing I'll post a update when hubby as used it as it is christmas gift
I saw desigh but didn't like back ground coulour but after email this was changed to a coulour I liked and moe fitting so always ask them if something doesn't quite match as there were open to the tweaking designs to suit thank you JIJ love my new ps5 controller

I ordered a ps4 controller for my sons Christmas present and the controller was split on the side and scratches all over the light area I contacted the company and they said it was there supplier's fault because of the cases they order in so I responded saying its close to Christmas so I'd accept a discount because I didn't think I'd get one in time if i returned so they offered me £5 discount so obviously I decided to send it back as I thought it was more of insult than a discount so anyway I'm sending it back now I guess my son isn't getting a marvel controller for Christmas

Honestly the best customer service, I bought a purple/blue chameleon ps5 controller for my boyfriend and had to send it back a couple times due to faults with the controller but if I’m being honest I think that was due to him dropping or bashing it, although the faults were not covered by warranty both times Jij offered to repair it again knowing it wasn’t covered by warranty as a goodwill gesture, so kind and helpful, and very quick response through email or telephone call and the controller itself was absolutely beautiful 10/10!!!

I wanted to buy two Xbox controllers for my sons birthday. It was short notice as I struggled to find any in stock. I called Console controllers and they were able to dispatch two controllers for me next day- brilliant customer service! Pictures online don’t do them justice, they are excellent quality and my son loves them!
