Poor communication between contractors, especially the joiner and plumber, were obvious early on however issues were noticed and resolved during the ensuite refurbishment. Serious issues such as a leaking shower and cracked flooring appeared within months. It took 3 months just to get someone to inspect, and the subsequent response was dismissive. Repeated requests for documentation related to the project have been ignored company wide. Very disappointing service, with non existent accountability. Issues still unresolved several months later, even though problems occurred and were reported within warranty period. Feel very let down especially after using this company due to prior good reviews.

Consilium engineer attended to my very aged boilers within hours of contacting them and diagnosed the issues quickly. I required a new boiler, and they communicated personally with me to ensure I purchased something that would suit needs both in terms of reliability and affordability.

The new boiler was purchased and fitted quickly, engineer was respectful and tidy.... I received a gold standard service and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

When my central heating stopped working suddenly Consilium came out and diagnosed the problem and had my system fixed within a few hours. Everyone I dealt with was kind and professional.

The guys came in worked their socks off completed in 4 day one day sooner than estimated. Totally happy with finished bathroom.

After being messed about with another installer I contacted consilium who came out sized everything up and installed my boiler within 4 days. Im delighted with my boiler installation. The installers was very punctual and left no mess behind. and my new boiler so far is working perfect. Thank you
