Highly recommended. Ceri helped so much with our en suite design and was always available to answer any questions. She made the whole process stress free.

I've worked with Connect Plumbing for years now and cannot recommend them enough. They stock lots of products, and if they don't have it in stock, they can get it in very quick. Good company.

Ceri understood exactly what we were after and was extremely helpful suggesting designs and products. She liaised directly with our fitters making the whole process effortless from our point of view. Highly recommend Connect. Ceri was fantastic with advice & did a 3D plan which was really good to see. I was able to change or tweak a few things, and my dream bathroom was created. Nothing was too much trouble, was always prompt with advice and answers to questions. Brilliant service. Thank you

I ordered a boiler online , I was contacted straight away making sure I had ordered everything correctly
then it was delivered the next Day with a 30minute pre delivery Courtesy Call , very Friendly Bunch and great Service

I placed an order on 20/09/25 and delivery was made at c. 8am on 22/09/25. The product (water softener salt tablets) was competitively priced and the delivery driver was great, as was the overall experience. I will be using their services again.

I bought a Bosh Dishwasher from this Company and all of people there who I spoke with and met, thoroughly deserve a minimum rise of £26,000 per year plus an extra 6 weeks holiday on top of their current quota… EVERYONE I dealt with seem to have stepped directly out of Charm School and went out of their way to help me… from Bill/Ben who I spoke with on the phone, the chap at the counter who organised the machine, the two helpers who did their best to load it into my WAY TOO SMALL car and not forgetting the delivery driver who carried it up my little lane into my home… THANK YOU ALL! X ps if the firm can’t give you the rise/holidays, when you get home PLEASE phone your mum and tell her that your customers thinks of you as kind, sparkling, diamond stars…

I’ve had consistently great service from connect for over 5 years now. Always on the ball, with excellent communication.

We were looked after by Ceri at the Rayleigh branch. We were given plenty of time to look around and get ideas. We discussed with Ceri what we wanted and our price range. Ceri worked with us to get what we wanted at our budget. Great communication and everything delivered on time.
