Booked before I arrived they turned up…
Booked before I arrived they turned up on time all good.
Then discovered they had to drill through a couple of walls and then charged me 70 euro.

Hi Patrick.
Actual installation is all for free if done through the tubing infrastructure of the urb/house. If that is not possible - we would advise and explain beforehand giving the option to change your mind or pay for installation as in this case.

Only just missed 5. We lost the connection in the recent gales.. Very happy with the service overall.

Shoddy installation job
Shoddy installation job, dirty old router, rude installation team and office staff.
I am so sorry I changed provider, as Internet connection is no better than the one I was with before. Money and time wasted... not happy!
One of the managers did come and see us, which was nice of him, but ultimately it doesn't solve the problem.
