Really bad service, the day I should get the delivery, they start with giving a time slot for delivery, from 6.45 - 8.15, they never came. Than every two hours the time slot was changed, and end of the day it was canceled and scheduled for the next day, time slot from 8.00 - 22.00, and in the morning the whole show from time slots changing dit go on. It's impossible to be at home for two full days, while working.

I've been living in the Netherlands for 10 years, and this has been one of the best delivery of large appliances I have had so far.
The person called me one the way to my house to make sure I was home. I was very impressed because he was alone, and did it all so smoothly. Since this is a very large (and heavy) American Fridge, the fact that he was able to push it to the elevator, push it out, and then put it back in the kart was very impressive.
Furthermore, he was only supposed to deliver the fridge up to my doorstep, but was very kind to deliver it all the way to my kitchen.
Honestly, top notch service. Very happy!
