Ordered 2 double kayaks with life jackets in May. Delivery due in June. Still haven’t received them. No updates from company. Initially text replies states they were on the way but they haven’t answered messages since August. Phonecalls never returned. Understandable for deliveries to get delayed these days but this is terrible service - paid upfront and no delivery after almost 4 months. Really disappointed 😔
If a business was based on service, these guys are exceptionally great at their job and pleasure to communicate with. Really great customer experience from start to finish, from purchase, delivery times, delivery driver was also really helpful.
I got a single sit on 9ft kayak, the quality is first class. I’m just over 80kg and my dog Bradley a collie sits on the front he’s over 25kg. The kayak fly’s round to the place pretty fast and stable. It is still light enough for one person to be able to lift also the handle’s front and sides to make it easy to carry over a distance. There are more storage compartments in the kayak than in my car, with 2 dry compartments, a bag attached to the back of the seat, an area for a bag, a cup holder and a fishing rod holder. I also got a life jacket from connamara, very high-quality fits great with padding on the back that keeps you warm. Very happy with the price, quality and service. It’s a very relaxing experience being out on the water and can highly recommend it. Great work lads with many thanks Gary @sheelinhuts
Connamara Kayaks is great to work with and super responsive when it comes to dealing with customer needs. COVID has delayed some boat shipments, but Andrew at Connamara has made it easy to get order updates, and he always makes sure that buying from Connamara is a positive experience.
