From start to finish the whole experience at Confident Orthodontics was 5*. Every appointment started on time, all procedures were clearly explained and any questions answered regardless of whether they might seem insignificant or silly. My daughter was treated with kindness and respect and we never felt like anything was being rushed. Every member of the team we saw was friendly, attentive and supportive. I myself began treatment after seeing how wonderful my daughter’s treatment was and I am also bringing my other daughter over to the clinic to continue with her after care treatment having had her brace fitted at another clinic. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

They have fantastic staff, who offer a professional, warm and friendly service. Which is especially valued to those of us that are nervous patients!

I’ve been a patient here for the last year and i can’t thank everyone there enough. Every member of staff is lovely and will always be happy to answer queries you may have. I’ve seen a massive positive change in my teeth so i’m very grateful.

I have been using Confident Orthodontics since around 2018, with my orthodontist being Nick Mitchell back then. Got my wisdom teeth removed for free at the hospital, and after that, they installed metal braces on my teeth. Went for a frequent checkup to get my braces adjusted as a routine, and I was more than satisfied with the whole experience at Confident Orthodontics. Around the end of 2020, I have removed my braces, and every since then, I keep wearing my teeth retainers at night. I order teeth retainers from time to time from them. I highly recommend Confident Orthodontics as they are a very professional clinic, and they go above and beyond to satisfy the customer needs.

I couldn't be happier with the experience I had for my orthodontic treatment with confident. I was always greeted by friendly and professional staff before every appointment.

They took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the treatment process and answer all of my questions. I felt comfortable and safe throughout the entire process.

I am international student from Richard Huish College. I have stared a orthodontic treatment here 2 years ago.They promised they will give me two retainer for free.Due to covid I cant get back to UK. They said they have to charge me for the retainer 140 pounds , because I didn’t come here in 2020. I told them I can’t get back to UK in 2020, but obviously they don’t care. This is literally a scam. All they want is money and didn't care about patients need. If you want to start a treatment here please remember to record every words they have said. The price is more expensive than other orthodontics in Taunton. And the treatment is not good, my tooth are still not on the right place after two years treatment. They won’t admit what they have promised you in the treatment! I am so frustrated with this dental clinic.

From my first phone call I was dealt with very professionally by all members of staff that I encountered on my journey to a healthier mouth.
My hygienist was lovely and explained everything that she was going to do in detail prior to doing it which was brilliant for me as a anxious patient.
