Great wines at great prices!
I have ordered two times from Munich, Germany, recently. Service and price was impeccable. And I had some very friendly interactions with the staff. Free delivery also worked like a charm!
Sadly, they have taken my favourite Bollinger champagne off their program. But I will definitely follow them in the future...great company!

The Customer Service is very poor
The Customer Service is very poor! No possibility to connect by phone, call back requests, emails, after multiple tries. Delivery has been taken 2 weeks without any information in advance and the goods needed to be picked up at the stationary of the carrier.

as a new customer I only ordered a few…
on the positve side, good prices and great wines. on the more negative side, maybe not the fault of Conder directly indont know, as a new customer I only ordered a few times, but this is the 2nd time that i see oroblems in the delivery chain. I use a DHL postnummer and this seems to cause problems that the addres might not be properly assigned to the epackage. one the delivery took 2,5 weeks and now i have ordered about 6 full boxes and they are still on route for already 9 days....and still no sign when they will be delivered. Edited: i contacted customer support and they where very friendly and pragmatic to search for solutions, they filed immediately a search by the transport company and confirmed back to me via email. Well done! So i raises my quote from 3 to 4 stars as I was helpee very well
