As a broker-owner, I’ve now had two separate experiences where I was approved for an advance on a property, only to be told after the fact that it was actually for a different deal. Both times, the title companies involved were in conflict, creating confusion and delays. In the end, I paid for an advance I didn’t even get to use—for less than five days—twice.

This company lacks transparency and coordination. I wish I could leave a better review, but both experiences were a waste of money and time.
